When I met Julie, I had just moved into temporary housing and had been commuting to work from Los Angeles to Riverside for two days. After two days of commuting, I explained to Julie that I couldnt take it and was on a mission to find a home ASAP. By the end of the day of our first contact, she sent me properties and we were writing offers the next day. It was a tough market for buying, but Julie never missed a phone call or text. She was ULTRA responsive and amazingly encouraging when my full asking price and OVER asking price offers werent accepted. Her follow up with sellers agents was consistent and persistent. She figured out what I wanted, even when I wasnt clear about what I wanted, and often changed my mind. She also saw the potential in a home with cosmetic defects when I was ready to pass it up. She never pushed me to make an offer on any home. However, on the home I almost passed up, she new how to gently prod me into reconsidering my position. As a result, I cant tell you how much I adore my new home. We started searching in early October and closed escrow in mid December several days before the stated closing date (even when I had to change lenders to get a better rate ... she had an amazing backup lender, Mary Schuck of Movement Mortgage). Julies amazing and I plan to work with her again when the opportunity presents itself.

I wanted to live in Orange County, but I wanted a big home and I thought I would never be able to get it. I was looking at condos and older homes and was almost ready to give up. Every other realtor told me my qualification amount was just too low for what I wanted. Julie told me she could get my home if I followed a few simple steps and be ready when the time comes. She kept on top of the search daily and when the right one came along she called me and said this is the one, come by today and let’s put the offer in. Literally just a bit of paint and carpet is all this house needed and it was perfect. In a great area, safe neighborhood, plenty to do around here, and totally underpriced. We got a steal on my house when people said the deals in Orange County are over, and since then it has appreciated over 150k!!! She called it exactly and I am so happy with what I got I tell everyone and they can’t believe it either.

For the same price as a new home in THE EXACT SAME DEVELOPMENT, Julie got me a home with; paid off solar panels, granite countertops, new cabinets everywhere, high end landscaping, outdoor patio with stamped concrete, built in bbq, wood shutters on every window, built in home security system, so much I can’t even list!
