I am a project manager of a sign company in Seattle, and I do work all over the US. I have to rely on other sign companies to act professional on our behalf, FastSigns of Huntington Beach failed at this. Chuck was very nice and professional during our early email correspondences and all the way through installation.The issue is with the owner of this location, who handles some of the installation work as well. The owner showed up to my job with no information as to why he was there or what he was doing, Im not sure how that even happens. He then proceeded to voice his frustration and eventually walked off the site and left the client and myself hanging without knowing what was going on. The manager was frantically walking the site looking for him, unaware he had left without saying anything. Then I got the call from my clients corporate office wondering why the sign wasnt installed at our scheduled day/time. Its never good when you have to explain a situation like this. Typically I will fall on the sword, I do not like to place blame even when somethign is out of my control. In this instance however I had no choice but to throw FastSigns under the bus and tell the client they handled the situation poorly and express my deepest apologies.The OWNER wasnt willing to wait on the site for 5-10 minutes while I made calls to figure out where the issue was. The issue was no one at Fast Signs informed the other of why they were going to the job site, and no one bothered to ask.Ive never worked with someone so unprofessional, especially a business owner. I work with a lot of Fast Signs around the US and will not use Huntington Beach again.

We had 2 large signs made for one of our departments, we reached out needing these pretty quick and Chuck was able to have these done in less than 2 weeks. Aside from all this he made sure to stay in communication with us through the whole process.

I used Fast Signs in Huntington Beach before and was very pleased. But it had been a while so I checked on Google to see reviews and everything looked good. Well the name should be changed to snail signs. It seems theres been some changes since my last visit and the reviews were old. After the fact, I checked Yelp and it was clear things have changed. Suggest you check all reviews in the future.

I have used their services for many years. I needed to reprint a sign I had created four years ago but the file on my computer was corrupted. FastSigns had the file in their system and they sent me over a proof right away. I approved it and the signs were done with excellent quality within a few days. Very happy with them!
