Ive been using FreightSaver for around 5 years, I use them for all my LTL and full truck load business. I ship around 20-40 shipments a month through them and the FreightSaver online quoting/order system is simple and easy to use. They have excellent customer service as well, everyone I have worked with on the Blue and Gold teams are quick to respond and they have bent over backwards to help me with my requests and questions. If you are looking for a freight broker I highly recommend FreightSaver.

Horrible customer service. They take hours if not days to get back to you. Ive tried dealing with different people in their office but they are all careless about the satisfactory of their customers. If you have an issue with a shipment that needs to be resolved they wont help you to resolve the problem. Id rather pay a bit more with someone who has great customer service

Absolutely Horrible . Dont be fooled. The website looks polished and legitimate, but in reality dealing with owner of this company was very unfortunate. I found him to be untruthful and to misrepresent facts. I would recommend to avoid doing business with him or his business. Notice the only positive reviews are from their own staff!

I have been using FreightSaver for almost two years and after reading a small number of these reviews that were completely out of scope with their core business model, made me question the validity of them. This is a very transparent company that delivers top-notch service and competitive pricing. FreightSaver is always in constant communication, professional, and easy to work with. I have many of options to choose from when it comes to freight, LTL, truckloads, etc...There is a reason why I use them. Keep it up!

Freightsaver has excellent customer service and their team was more than informative on making sure my shipments arrived by the delivery date. They were informative in making sure I knew where my freight was from Ohio to Los Angeles.
