Horrible, horrible, horrible.So many washers were either filled with crud, backed up with waste looking water, machines ate up 5dollars. No one around. No laundry soap in dispensers. Out of order signs on over 10 washers. Literally only 1 out of 10 single load washer were working... hardly... kept eating quarters.Hot water also came out COLDAs of right now, Im never coming back. I urge you not to as well.FIX YOUR MACHINES

If I could give zero stars I would. Place is a mess.. when the machine breaks down as mine didno way to get your money back or request a refund. Half the machines are out of order. This used to be a good place to go. Wont be coming back.

Great customer service. I had an issue with the charge on my card. The head of operations called me right away & I was reimbursement instantly. He was very understanding & resolved the issue right away. Thank you for the great service! Clean machines, great prices!!!

#10 washer does not rinse the clothes out so now I got to wet clothes in the dryer ? This is the second time its happened this month? Its 10:47 p.m. October 6th 2020. Told the clean up crew member? But I dont speak Spanish so I guess Im out of luck again? Update the crew member did refund my money so all is good here now update. 3/2/2021. 12. Washer does not work right see photos

Clean laundromat with variety of machines, coin or card options available on most of them. Staff was friendly, might check out the fluff and fold option next time as seems reasonably affordable.

Too many machines are not working and not marked as such. I pray that the Costa Mesa facility reopens soon. After having to change machines several times today, I wont come back here. It isnt worth the drive.

Terrible. A ton of the washers and dryers were out of service, but the worst is I set the washer for hot water and it was completely cold! I used a top loader and forgot to throw something in when I opened it the water was cold!I told the attendant, Emily and she tried to tell me cold water works just as well as hot and would not give a refund, even though I am going to have to rewash at another laundromat.I left my name and number for the manager, but I would never trust this place. Find somewhere else.

I go here for the fluff n fold. They do a great job at a responsible price. Nice and talented employees. My mom is a senior and cant do laundry anymore. It is worth the money.

Laundromat is a little run down. Attendant not very observant or helpful.

Really nice place, love the large washers and that I can use my card here. Place is also generally not too busy. Only complaint is that some of the prices are a little high, but not excessively so.

Love this place..tons of equipment that always seems to be working. Isually not crowded at night and stays open late. Tons of counter space and the set up is great so people arent standing right next to you...up in your business....

LOVE THEIR VARIETY OF WASHERS!! Their driers work great too. They are open until 11 and its a place I feel safe to be at night. Its well kept and theyre building a Canes right next door....yummy!

Looks like it’s clean, but not really. Unfortunately the big washer I used had big clump of dog hair in side. The floor is filthy.Not as bad as the place on York town

I passed by this place and saw that it looked clean.... well I thought wrong This place is not so great the machines are not good to top it off they charge to much for the quality of wash these machines do. I put my clothes and inserted my money and it started then it broke down. Never again am I coming to this place.

Very convenient.

Always clean and well kept. You can have your laundry done for a fee, or you can spend a coue of hours and use their machines yourself. Bring a book or something to keep you entertained.

Keep losing money in these machines. Went to mail box to file missing coins and noticed box is full of claims unanswered. Try not to use older dryers due to potentially losing coins. My last time there and I’m not going back.

HORRIBLE!!! Ive gone to this place 3 times now and end up leaving and going somewhere else. Unwelcoming staff (all 3 times), dirty floors, and large size washers ALL had mold inside the detergent/softener compartment. GROSS!! I highly recommend the laundromat located on 17th St., H.B. - a little south of Palm Ave. Clean, friendly and lots of large washers!

Used my debit card,, it held $20. Next day I noticed it charged my card an extra $0.80, the machine didnt work, so had to take my sopping wet clothes, and transfer it to another machine and pay for another was. Meanwhile, no attendant to be found. Never again.

I love Lucys. They are always courteous, friendly, punctual, meticulous, and reasonably priced. They always fold very neatly and happily comply with special requests.

Always crowded 1/2 the people not doing laundry, not easy to move around in. Employees using half the washers. Didn’t feel very safe

Their machines are full of algae!!!!! Certainly they need a massive clean up. There is no AC at a temperature of 95F.. The staff is really friendly but that is no what all needed from a loundry place.
