A typical gym but simplified on cool music. Cleaning needs to be a bit better. Place is chill and flexible. I wish their hours are a bit more. Access to ease through can improve.

Been here twice while on vacation - 1st they were hosting a powerlifting competition. 2nd to get a workout in. both times were great exp. super friendly staff and owners. great equipment to get a real workout, the atmosphere is very motivational. if youre in the area and need a home gym or to top by for a workout. def hit this place up!

Been going here for little over a year and been one best choices Ive made. Everyone Friendly and knowledgeable. You truly feel like youre part of the RAF Family. no one every judges you for what you can or cant do, youll only get engagement from everyone staff or fellow member. Best of all the Music doesnt suck! If i forget headphone Im not worried theres always great music playing

As a metalhead who loves lifting weights, this is the best gym Ive ever been to. Friendly, down to earth staff and plenty of equipment in good, working order. No annoying club music or hip-hop here. Will definitely come here again
