Suzanne, the owner and sole instructor, is a treasure to the yoga community. I have physical therapy training and she is very skilled in giving corrective instruction to those with ailments. I’ve almost cancelled classes due to a slight muscle tear and hip pain. Both times her modifications actually helped facilitate the healing process of these ailments. Pretty much every class she blows me away with her deep insight in class structure. After each class I’m leave with much more insight into my own body. I’ve been studying with her collectively for 5 months so I hope this adds credence to my review.
