I called them for a piano removal. Told them exactly what I had size and weight. Drove from LA to Huntington and waited during their 2 hour window for pickup. Two guys show up in a box truck with no lift gate or ramp and truck bed is easily 5 feet off the ground. Needless to say they couldnt lift a piano that high. Wasted my time, energy and gas. Three hour round-trip. Thanks for nothing.

Come over same day I called, luckily they were in the area, so within less than 15 minutes they removed the unwanted couch I highly recommend you call this company first before you call anyone else!!
