I cant say enough good things about this company. Weve used them 3 times within 1 year for various things. First off, we had an insane water leak (water was POURING out of our fridge, literally inches on the floor), very late at night (around 11pm). We called JGB and they first calmly talked us through what do to in that moment, which was so nice because when youre panicking you sort of go blank. Once they helped us get the water shut off over the phone, they sent someone over (at midnight!) to come help us clean up the water and get the process started for drying it up. Because of the amount of damage,we had to completely replace our floors, and entire kitchen (the water ruined everything!). They helped us through that entire process, did all the construction, and made it seamless. They gave us input and advice as well. They show up with a kind smile on their face, ready to help and explain everything. They get everything done ON TIME as well! Then, not kidding, 2 months later, we had ANOTHER leak in our condo, this time water was pouring from the ceiling from the neighbor above us. It ruined our walls and the new floor JGB just put in!!!!! Again, they came over right away and helped us dry the water, and replace the walls and floors over the coming weeks, with so much ease and care, always on time. Lastly, we bought a house in Huntington Beach this year, and needed a TON of work done (replacing floors, adding carpet, painting, replacing ceiling fans, replacing closet doors, new baseboards), and they showed up on time, and got everything done and replaced it exactly how we wanted it very quickly. They are literally our go-to lifeline whenever we need something done - whether in a panic or a pre-planned project. You will NOT be disappointed working with this team!!!! Outstanding experience!!! Honest, responsive, and understanding. In an emergency situation where most restoration companies can take advantage of you, we immediately felt that JGB was on our side. It started with Garrett coming over on a Sunday morning within an hour of calling. He was upfront about the cost. The PM, Sean, arrived shortly after and set up the fans and dehumidifiers. Their quick response saved and protected so much from being further damaged. Literally saved us thousands. Sean was knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and fair when it came to pricing. I obviously hope to never need their service because no one wants to deal with a flood or fire, but I will ALWAYS call JGB if we need their service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

JGB saved us on a Sunday! We had just finished our remodel and the light rain that we werent expecting flooded our new flooring. Our flood in the kitchen was horrible … a burst in the pipes that damaged half our kitchen. We called JGB. Their team is very prompt and professional - within a couple of hours they came to the home assessed the problem and went to work. Sean and Lizette have been the best handling all my worries professionally. The interior demo was quick, clean and tidy. (thanks to Jose and Liam). Overall great work and done timely.

My house experienced a flood recently and the damage had to be taken care of right away. Sean was my initial contact and was the coordinator of the project from start to finish or so I thought. The tear down crew, Juan and Griffin, completed their work done in a good manner.Altho I have a few edits, the manager for reconstruction said repairs could not be started right away, in fact their schedule was so busy I would have to wait 2 to 3 weeks. Lots of work to be done since our only full bathroom is now almost useless. Holes in the wall, floor left torn open, nails sticking out, etc etc. Very disappointed for delay.

Amazing service! The entire team was on board with helping me with my leaking water heater. At first I thought I needed to replace the entire heater, but Sean contacted me the same day and came out right away with the drying/heating machines and located the problem.Turns out it was just a couple of old pipes that needed replacing, so they recommended a great plumbing company to help take care of the issue.After a few more days of drying, Mike came out to handle the removal of the damaged drywall to see how bad the damage was. Because of Seans quick response, the damage was mostly cosmetic - Thank God!Mike cleaned up the area and left everything so clean!Great team and great company!!!

JGB is an amazing company! We called them for a sewage leak under our house and they arrived within the hour to check out the sewage leak and started immediately treating it. Over the last week, they have scheduled times to come and clean up the sewage leak and we have been very impressed with their timeliness, knowledge about leaks and professionalism. We had a flood in our bathroom which led to mold on our two downstairs bathrooms. The experience, of course, of going through a flood is unpleasant but we were taken well care of ! Sean explained everything that had to be done. The pricing was transparent so we proceeded. The JGB crew that came in was very friendly as well and clean! Of course as anyone would, you call to check in on how things are going and get explanations Dominique and Sean Both were so friendly in explaining the process and what was going on with my insurance as well. These guys at JGB Restoration really know what theyre doing! I had a pretty bad leak going on in my house that I had no idea about. They were able to tell immediately what was going on, and turned out there was actually mold growing too (which was no good for my allergies). Customer service was 5/5, they were so kind and friendly and made me feel that I could really trust their work. And their work really turned out to be top of the line! Would recommend these guys to anyone in need of water cleanup and mold removal!!!

I called Chris at JGB Restoration when I had a flooded kitchen over the weekend. They responded at were at my condo in less than an hour to start drying out the walls and floors to prevent further damage. I was concerned about my wood flooring and asked him to do what ever he could to save my floors. They left with a floor drying mat and several dehumidifiers and completely dried out my floors and walls. Their specialist tradesman made my new cabinets look identical to the existing cabinets and the tile guy repaired the tile with no evidence that there had been damage. They also replaced my custom baseboards identical and perfectly matched the paint. And they did save my floors from having to be ripped out and replaced. I couldn’t be happier with the job JGB did to restore my kitchen. Thank you Chris, Ryan and the whole crew at JGB Restoration.

I phoned JGB to repair a leaking ceiling. Two men came out, set up fans, cut out the ceiling damage, 8 foot by 8 foot hole, and dried it out again. I asked for an estimate when they were finished. I sent them a check for their work. Someone was going to get back to me to finish the job patching up the hole. After two weeks of no response, living with the hole in my ceiling, I called someone privately to finish the repair. The private restorer charged me 20% of JGB’s original estimate.I was recommended by my insurance company to use JGB. My insurance agent was “flabbergasted” by my experience when I spoke with her.This was the first time I had an experience like this. Never use this company. They cannot be trusted.

The crew at JGB were incredible after a water leak. My house was a mess, but they came out right away and started working on the situation.
