I am pretty new to home sales and Express is the escrow company my broker uses. They have been so awesome to work with! Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable which helps when I knew very little. I wanted to make an honorable mention for Rachel Vieyra, she has truly been a blessing to work with on my files. If it werent for her patience and answering all my crazy questions I wouldnt have never been able to be a transaction coordinator.Thanks to all of you at Express Escrow!!!

NO STARS AT ALL. The worst customer service ever, you will get your calls ignored, phone hanged up, and blamed for all delays and escrow forms missing, also blamed for not instructing them where to mail escrow instructions, they will assume where to send documents and blame you the agent for not getting these back right before closing time. We are trying to close a small sale, which is obviously been treated as a waste of their time, we are being treated as if this company is doing us a favor, phone was hanged up on me after I dared to request copies from LeAnne, she responded rudely and stated she was no assistant, she is an escrow officer then hangs up the phone as I was explaining what we need to do here to get this file close and off our desks. RUDE RUDE RUDE! Our broker will gladly contact the Better Business Bureau to report this company if any more delays are caused on our clients sale.

Been a nightmare trying to get my clients EMD deposit returned. Agent beware of doing business with this company.

We were buying a manufactored home.. This company took out our money before we were even approved, so I thought okay great, we are getting the home. I geta call a few days later from the community manager saying someone else bought the home before us with a cash offer.. But we can get the other home, that was kind of similar. But I didnt really like it. They all tried to bribe us with a TV or a gift card. Truth is they should never had taken our money out unless we were for sure approved!!! I am still waiting for them to send our money back!!

Ive been working with Express Escrow over 10 years and the company I work for has been working with them for over 15 years. I highly recommend them for representing you as your Escrow Company for your new or resale manufactured home.

Worst escrow company Ive dealt with in awhile. Sandy Camacho was the officer. They shouldnt have gotten paid because they didnt even do their job. I had to do it for them.
