We explicitly provided details on where to leave the Scissor Lift when it was dropped of and was told that would not be a problem. When it was dropped of and the delivery person called to tell me it was there, I asked him to send me a picture of where he parked it and had problems getting him to understand and move the equipment to where he was told to leave it. He made it difficult for me to get him to do that and when I got off the phone, I was not even sure if he even understood me as his first language was not English.

Mikael Bernardo is always available and prompt with this assistance even when its late notice for a rental. He is always available via text or email even after hours, I appreciate all his help and will continue to work together.

Delivery was on time, the lift was in excellent working order, and customer service was very helpful with arranging delivery and pick up.

The equipment was poor in quality and usefulness as it was defective electronically and functionally. The driver and controls did not function properly and the wheel turning radius was not functioning properly on the job site which therefore caused our team to waste time on site.

For 2 years I have tried to rent a light tower for our churchs harvest festival, and both years I received a reservation confirmation at least 2 months in advance. This year and last year, less than a week before the event I received a phone call saying the reservation could not be met. There is a lack of communication between those who place the orders and the inventory managers. I do not recommend ordering from this company. I went with Sunbelt Rentals and they were amazing, and they beat Uniteds pricing.
