I brought my PC into OneStopPC. I had worked for a day and a half trying to do my own repairs and nothing worked. To make a long story short, it took Binh two days to repair my computer. It is like a brand new machine now and was very, very reasonable for all the work he had to do (actually MUCH less than I expected). I cant recommend him and his charming wife (woman at the front desk) enough. -----a great experience.

Nice, helpful, and quick. They diagnosed the problem the same day (and they did it for free !). If you have a pc problem, I would highly recommend stopping by.

My husband and I have used One Stop PC on Warner Ave and Springdale on several occasions. Ben, the owner has made home visits and I have stopped in his office for small questions. If he is not available at the moment he returns calls immediately and the problem Im having has always be resolved the same day. He and his office assistant, Han are friendly and professional. I cannot say enough good things about One Stop PC. I recommend them highly.

Great job replacing the keyboard on my Mac book Pro laptop. Thanks, Del ! No surprises on extra costs. In comparison, the Apple genius bar refused to replace only the keyboard and insisted on the logic board replacement .

One Stop PC resurrected my dying, old Dell laptop and it is like new again! I was wavering on buying a new laptop, but it looks like Ive got more time with my new-old one now. Highly recommended!!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Brought my pc in for start up problems with my hard drive. They quickly diagnosed the problem to be my motherboard which I suspected but wasnt sure. Gave me honest options on what to do, basically get a new computer as the boardsun are expensive and the computer is getting old.
