My bike was handed to me. I rode off, returned three minutes later and had the seat tightened. Then rode to Newport. The seat became ridiculously loose. I called them and they told me to have a bike shop fix it and I would be reimbursed. I had two shops fix it along the way, both for free out of kindness. By the time I made it back, it was loose for a third time.I asked for a refund after riding a mile standing up. No manager was available. I was offered a one hour free rental-probably a loose seat included. Called central office. No one could help me there either. They took my info with a hopefully we can get this taken care of you. I doubt I get a call but will update if I do.Its unnerving to ride a bike with a loose seat. Will you make it? Hope so! Because no one can help you if you do or dont.Rays is half the price (no resort pass needed)

HBBC was efficient, didnt over charge me, bike was in good shape, comfortable, came with good lock, etc. Good customer service, lower price than Jax.Only reason I lowered a star was because I hated not having option for hand brakes, had to have foot brakes which is too hard for me to use when in crowd and my feet need to be on ground. Also wouldve liked option for basket to be on back rather than handles because it causes handles to swing from side to side from weight.

I had a problem with a flat tire of my bicycle by a pin that somebody had left on the bike path. There was this store near by. The staff were willing to lend me the pump.Thank you for the kind help of Wheel fun rental.

I think the staff are very friendly. At least the person I talked to.. she was short with brown hair and she was very nice! I like!

Lots of equipment to rent here! I rented a beach cruiser for a half day at $20! Now I wish that I had brought my own bike, but their bikes were a great alternative! Very friendly people here!
