Love Kathy and everyone here. Very pleased with my hair For years no one understood what I wanted and kept coloring it poorly and damaging my hair. Kathy understood and now we are on the path to correcting my hair.Updated review a week later ......So unfortunately due to how light my hair was before and we had gone the conservative route the brown color faded back to my yellow blonde hair so I went back in for a redo and since Kathy was not available they set me up with Sarah. Long story Short I showed her a photo of what I wanted and explained how I desperately wanted ash brown hair aka mushroom brown hair and she actually colored my hair pretty much exact like the photo which never happens and I love the color more then the photo I showed her. Very pleased with the experience here at this salon and their wanting to make things correct when not happening the first time. Love how Sarah colored my hair and the blow out with waves how I wanted exceeded my expectations. I’ve attached before and after photos

I have been a customer for approximately 5 years. I love this place. Pauline is an exceptional colorist. She had to correct my damaged hair and poor color on my first appointment. I was going to an expensive salon in Newport beach. They ruined my hair after a year of appointments. Thank goodness for Pauline! I love her!

Excellent hair salon with talented stylists. Very reasonable and usually walk in friendly. You can make an appointment with your favorite stylist. This salon is not a high priced LA studio with all the fuff, but it is a great alternative!

Great friendly staff. Maddy is the best!! (I may be a little biased since she is family) But everybody there is great. Quite a few regular visited while I was having my cut, and it was obvious that they loved going there.

Absolutely love their place. Very good at cutting hair. I got to try out a style that I never wouldve gone with but I really enjoy it.

NO Stars, terrible service. Unprofessional and rude staff, and not great at coloring or cutting. I feel bad for having ever gone to them in the first place, so save yourself the frustration and inconvenience and find another place.Appointments that I booked, were twice changed at the last minute, their skill was only adequate at color and cut; good enough to hope there was improvement if I gave them another chance. So I gave them three tries, and at the last time I went for an appointment, that I had made 5 days earlier, and which was confirmed the previous day, they asked me to come back in an hour, so they could finish up with a walk in. They could have cared less that I was inconvenienced, no apology, no follow up either.It is difficult to find and invest the time and money to establish a connection with a good stylist, I thought they were adequate, and would get better, but they abused my time, and couldnt be bothered to even apologize.All in all I wish I had never walked in their door.

I had a lady at another salon who cut my hair for years until she retired. Was very skeptical about going to a new place but walked away extremely happy! Ive had so many compliments on my new cut and style....I love it!

I have had many haircuts here and have always been very satisfied. Every stylist is skilled so I keep going back!

I’ve gone here many times, and it works it OK if you have a appointment, but if you show up as a walk-in, you can expect to wait a long time and they will put their more favor clientele ahead of you in the list.
