Went here for title transfer and registration last year. Never received title in the mail. I called them and was told I had to go back in to request duplicate title. Never came again. When I called back they said I had to call dmv and post office. Eventually Had to go to dmv and they said it was sent to wrong address. Coming here was completely pointless. I would recommend going straight to Dmv and not waste time and $. One of the women here also had an attitude when I called asked about it which it seems is common from other reviews. Maybe this will help people thinking of coming here.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!They promising more than can delivered and over charge.. I was there 15days ago for duplicate title for car what I just sold. So I asked for “rush title” which is option what not many people know about.. the price was $172 (they charge me 6 times this price total $1032) and told me that was mistake and money should be back (in 3days money was back on my account) and they told me the title will be in my mailbox in 4-6 business days.Now I stop again in the office asked what happened with the title and they told me there is nothing like a “rush title” and money what they charge me is just regular price. They are liars!!!Btw. you can google it that “rush title” exist.. they are just bad company what taking your money for nothing.Because of COVID-19

Screwed up the paperwork, had attitude about it. Made out like not charging me twice for the mistake was doing me some kind of favor. Im STILL (2 months plus) waiting for the corrected paperwork.

Quick and easy. I just moved here from Georgia and needed to get my CA tag & registration. Rashida was awesome. Very kind, great customer service. 100% worth the small fee they charge vs having to go to DMV and dealing with a ton of grumpy people in line. I walked right in, said I needed to register my car— done in less than an hour. Again, completely worth it.

Oh man, I hate the DMV, its the worst. This place had zero wait time, the staff was super friendly, and I was in and out in 20 minutes (out of state title transfer). The do charge their own fees, but how else would they be in business. Worth the convenience. Rather than leaving the DMV feeling like you want to punch someone in the face out of frustration, go here and be happy.
