We have been using Roman Worldwide for the last year or so. They have been wonderful to work with! Customer service is always great, team always flexible & helpful. Drivers are always on time & reliable. We thoroughly enjoy working with them and will continue to do so!

I decided to get a Limo service for my 7th Anniversary and Valentines days with my wife. I went to google find this company and without hesitation trusting 100% on them got their service. I paid $540 for 4 hours minimum (enough for me) and that price included also a bottle of Champagne. I told the lady that was handling everything with me over the phone (Jennifer) that I also want a couple of Beer if she can do that for me, which she agreed. On top of that I gave $60 extras as a tips for the driver (tips was already included in the $540). So after all I received an extra charged of $54 for a bottle of Champagne that supposed to be included . Is not about the $54, is about SERVICE to your customer. I’m on sales and I take care of people on my daily basis. After you spend $600 the last thing that you expect is being treated like a LIER liked Jennifer make me feel when we was talking over the phone trying to explain to me about this extra charge. I hope they will enjoy the $54, this will be the first and last time. They are not the only limo company in California. SERVICE has to be senior than SELLING. $54 against $600 that a brand new customer spent on you without hesitation. Unacceptable, at least for me.

Service was great chauffeur was dressed professionally and the car was very clean! The lady on the phone Jennifer was very professional and helpful with anything I needed from the start to finish of my experience with Romanworldwide. Would definetly use again!!

Roman Worldwide Limo is professional, reasonable, safe, flexible, and courteous. I do not use anyone else when staying in Southern CA.
