This was best team and service that I have ever experienced. It was a one-stop service deal for all of the repair, restoration, and excavation. The team members kept us informed and explained the services and results throughout process. I do not know everyone’s name, but the entire team should be commended, especially Christian, Dillion/Dylan from a mint Hill, and Eric! They were excellent! The speed in which they arrived on the late night call to the constant updates throughout the week, was phenomenal!! Thank you to all of them!!I pray the reconstruction goes as well!

They really deserve 4.5 stars. There were only a couple of minor hiccups, but for the most part, I thought the whole team did a great job. The team worked extremely hard and were very helpful.

Dennis was great and it took about 1.5 hours so it was quick. the shower was up and working. he also adjusted the water pressure for me and was very easy to communicate with.

Within an hour of my initial phone call 5 different agents were dispatched to do their respective jobs in detecting and fixing the issues I was experiencing. Ron James got to my house within an hour on. Sunday! He did quality work that went above and beyond what I expected. The price is high but for me I felt I was in a “good, fast, cheap - pick two” scenario. I chose good and fast; I’m happy with that decision.Also, he wore a mask the whole time and maintained as much distance as possible. Great etiquette during COVID.

Friendly professional service who repaired the leak in a timely fashion

We had clogged downspouts that ran under our driveway. We called Roto-Rooter to give us an estimate to high pressure jet out the clogged drains. Adonis Martin was extremely helpful in explaining what he could and couldn’t do and didn’t try to oversell the job. He cleaned out the drains and went back to ensure there was no remaining debris left. He was thorough and professional. I will admit, Roto-rooter is expensive and because of that we don’t use them unless we have a problem our regular plumbers will not do. But if you need them, I would highly recommended asking for Adonis Martin!!! He will get it done!

Plumber Dennis arrived 35 minutes after I called for an appointment. So fast. In less than 20 minutes he fixed my leak replaced parts and left. Fast and efficient. Nice guy. Offered a discount since I had already taken everything apart and turned water off.

Ron from Roto came to my home to repair a old Rusty shower pipe. I attempted many times to remove it myself but because I could possibly fracture or bust water pipe in the wall I decided to call for professional help. When Ron arrived he gave me the different scenarios and made sure I understood the cost of each. He was successfully at removing shower arm and was able to install my new shower arm. I had water on my kitchen floor and realized I had a leak coming from the bathroom above my kitchen. I tried to call multiple plumbers with no success. I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to come out right away. Van my plumber was able to fix the problem. I would recommend Roto-Rooter because as well as fixing the leak they will also be doing the water restoration.
