Moving from GA to NC, I was unaware of Spectrum and how they operate. I was highly pleased with the service I received from the time I walked in to the time I left. I was greeted, had a minor wait, confirmed the service I wanted to activate, and left. While signing the agreement form, I was not hassled with information about other services they provided which was such a relief. I want what I want, don’t try to sell me anything else. Thank you Ms. Megan and Mr. Jake for making my experience enjoyable.

Was told by online person to go to this store to pick up my box for tv. This location is 30 min from my work and 50 min from my home. After traveling there was told my home was too far away for them to see my account . I was told to find my home spectrum store. Upon leaving, I told a rep on the phone what they said, his response was that he was in Cleveland, OH and could see my account. Doesnt know why they said that.
We came to The Huntersville Spectrum and Dania and Jared helped us, and were wonderful and helpful, and awesome. We highly recommend coming in to see them! ;) 😀👍

Received a new phone from Spectrum in the mail, I went to the mobile store to have them to activate and transfer contacts and the photos, no photos @ all in the Gallery, and not all in the Photo section. Not only that, I didnt know that the adapter could have been brought from there because Samsung no longer give u an adapter to fit the S21 5g, so the battery was dying, I couldnt find a adapter before it died, a frustrating day.
This was. Very bad experience. I was there in line signed in name on board waiting my turn. When it came up on board my name was 1st they canceled my name and went to next person. The young man wanted to talk to the next person who was a young girl and he wanted to talk to her so erased my name and called her. When I complained and pointed out that I was next they said sign in again. I was furious and left. Never will I ever go back to that store and considering leaving spectrum for the way they treat their customers.

Was told to pick equipment up in huntersville...wasnt true...had to go to lincolton...42 min away...or hickory...another hour away...need more training at customer service...needless running around for customers as i was the 4th person told wrong

I was EXTREMELY hesitant with the idea of switching to Spectrum mobile after being with Verizon for 20 years. I dreaded waking into the Spectrum store.I was so surprised by the remodel and greeting by Candace. She made me feel comfortable and she was knowledgeable. She then had me work with Austin who was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They both made my experience enjoyable and very positive. Thanks for changing the way Spectrum conducts business.

Went there to disconnect service since its difficult to do over the phone( intentional long wait time). Guess what, they wouldnt do it there either.
Terrible customer service absolutely rude and obnoxious. It tajes too long to get assistance, they need more people with less attitudes . I spouke with Kimberly (Kim), she was nice and concern, she did take the time to listen after I had spoken with 4 other CS Representatives, plus a very rude supervisor,that didn’t help at all. They sent their own technician (Jeff) out to my home, to check on some wiring, he unplugged all the wiring, causing all of my service to go out, then said it was broken, I asked would he put it back the way it was, when he came, at least it was working, he began to yell at me and my husband, since we service the mental challenging, we knew something maybe wrong, he went into a complete tantrum, to the points the neighbors was slowing up to check, if we were alright. It was horrific. I called Spectrum, to report it . I haven’t heard from his manager yet. I am going to try to find another way to watch tv, I work from home, I need the internet speed, but I wish it was another way. and another internet company with the speed I need..Praying !
Not a pleasant experience so after waiting awhile I left & called the 1-800 # & was on hold for over 50 minutes trying to have issue resolved
My customer service representative was excellent!! Was able to help with my billing & equipment replacement in less than 15mins. Now thats awesome service!
The Store Hours ARE INCORRECT!!!•THE CORRECT HOURS ARE 10am - 6pm•I drove up here which was an hour away from my home because the store is shut down near my town (Gastonia) but I got here @6 pm and they already had the door locked @5:55pm. They opened the door to let customers out, I asked to return these boxes I’ve been to 3 store in an hour away an due to these INCORRECT HOURS I drive up here for NOTHING. BUT they REFUSED SERVICE yet they are STILL helping (5) people in the store. SO UPSET THEY DIDNT UPDATE THEIR HOURS HERE ANOTHER LADY COME BEHIND US AND HAD TO READ THE LITTLE PAPER ON DOOR WITH TEMPORARY HOURS AND LEAVE TOO.
There was one employee working and it took me almost an hour to exchange my modem. There were at least two other employees in the back and one of them left while there were nine people waiting in the lobby.

These stars are for customer service I received from Austin and Nicole. Two amazing representatives for Spectrum/Time Warner Cable, Huntersville location. They assisted me one evening last week and they know what customer service is all about. A pleasure dealing with them and wished everyone was as pleasant to deal with as these two.
Service is ok, they keep raising my bill, now I am paying 74.99 just for internet. They raise it without telling me, I see it on my bill. If I had an alternative I would be GONE. You are a POS.
I am here now and even though it is busy, the staff is polite. Greeted as I came in and the employees are going as fast as they can. None of the employees seem upset to be here and are definitely doing all they can. Yes, the wait may be long but the customer service is great!

This location has been extremely helpful over the past year...since I moved to CLT. When I say the company socks, but this store is EXCELLENT. They efficiently and professionally fix all of the problems corporate causes. It has been a lot. If not for this location, I would have canceled long ago.

I had to drop off equipment for my dad. The service was slow and I had to wait over 30 minutes. The staff was joking around and oblivious to the many people in the lobby. I will say the rep that helped me was nice and courteous but Im glad that I am not a regular customer.

The staff here are incompetent! I went in to sign up for Spectrum internet and was in and out quickly. Little did I know until I attempted to activate the self installed equipment that it was activated to the wrong address. In addition, I asked for the 400mbps plan but was told in order to get the 64.99 price i must take a landline phone service with it. Turns out this was a lie by the representative in the store who actually put me on the 200mbps plan for 54.99 + 10/month landline service that i have no use for at all. Lies and incompetent! I am now on the phone for over an hour trying to resolve this mess they created.
If they change the name for spectrum is better

The only problem I have ever had with Time Warner was their marketing strategy and the fact that they waited till the last minute to offer you a better deal once you had already gone to a competitor. The actual physical office once you walked in the staff was fantastic. They would try to upsell you to a better contract but it was always too late you had already gone to another service. Not sure if they cleaned up their act since they became Spectrum but if DirecTV craps the bed, Im sure Ill find out!
One customer service rep, 15 people waiting in lobby for assistance. Take a number and wait. Was told this was the closest location, even though it is 20 min drive from University area. Oh and another person arrived, so 16 people waiting in lobby now. Unbelievable.Update. Now an hour waiting. Still people waiting ahead of me. At this rate, it would be faster to have a technician come out next week.
Spectrum employees were very nice and knowledgeable... BUT... I drove 20 min to the store to replace a cable box. Took my new box home, went to plug it in and the power cord didnt fit. The power cord CAME WITH THE BOX. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? Then I couldnt get a tech out until the next day to bring the right cord. Come on man.
Found to be no customer relations skills with the representative that attempted to assist me with dropping their equipment off. Would never choose to deal with that location in the future. Would give less than 1 star if I could.
Aweful company. Out of the six people there two of us were returning equipment from cancelled service and the lady next to me asked who Id recommend because shes sick of them and is about to cancel too. So 50% of their customers are sick of them. The others will be but just dont know it yet.

This is my third attempt to turn in two cable boxes with the hopes of keeping my service. I’ve had to leave because the customer service is absolutely ridiculous! It’s 933 am they opened at 9 and only one person has been called! Everyone in here is furious! These agent have no sense of time and do not care about getting things done! I am ready to drop my whole system!
It sad a company that as they “claim” to be as god as the others cable companies- have only 2 employees for an hour or 2 maybe 3 - there is another in the back showed herself while there was 1 employee taking care of the line. The trouble with this is if any of the other employees need help the remaining 2 or 1 has to stop and help out. At this momentThere are 19 people who have sign in and waiting over 90 minutes- : return equipment/cancel their account - then understandably they want to receive excellent customer service - so they they go the extra mile. Please everyone is waiting 90 minutes-They just offer to get a manager -( maybe that’s 4th employee in the back) can she help out at least to move the line.

Terrible...The young man that assisted me, turned off my service on the modem at home. I was picking up a new modem to switch them out. Normally, they let you pick it up and bring the other modem back. I had family working at my house using the internet but he said thats how he was trained. All spectrum do is make you pay if you dont bring it back. Since Ive been here since 2007, never had this happen. Terrible service.
I will recommend this location. I was skeptical after reading the reviews in Google whether to go this location or not, but I had a very good experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. There was no wait time too.

Visited this location with the simple task of turning in my old cable equipment. The customer service representative deactivated my current equipment instead of the old causing me to not have cable at my new place!! The rep was not able to activate my new boxes, instead, she gave me new cable equipment to install myself in every room. Horrible customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND going to this location for anything. HORRIBLE!!
The customer service at this location has always been easier and better than any other location or over the phone. It’s a nice, clean location with friendly and efficient reps.
I decided to get spectrum internet, so off I go to the store. Maria was my person in charge. Everything went fine. Made an appointment installation as I didnt want to mess with the whole thing for Feb. 12, 12-1 p.m.Told me what my bill would be. Left after about 40 minutes. I get home and have no TV service! Im not a happy camper. Place a phone call and found out they cancelled my TV until next week! Long story short, they reconnected my TV and them did tell me that the installation would be $49. I asked why I wasnt told in advance and was told that Maria marked that she told me( not so Maria). Anyway well see next week. Maybe therell be a follow-up review.
Customer service is everything but when you have nothing setup and have 2 guys trying to set up dates instead of customer you have a problem!!
I think the staff here is good, friendly in spite of being trapped within an archaic and clunky business model. The problem is with the corporation. Spectrum tried to rebrand from the old Time Warner Cable, but its policies and business practices are still mind bogglingly inefficient. Some more nimble company will eventually bury them. It should not take an hour to pickup a cable box that Im already paying the bill for. Realistically, I should not have to pick it up at all.

Ive only been to this Spectrum office one time, but my experience was very good. Its large, clean and not so crowded as the other Spectrum offices I have been to.
I love Spectrum customer service & channel lineup, I would never leave for Direct TV or Dish.

The people in the store are always nice and helpful. However, there is one annoying thing. Ive never been more than 2 months late on my bill, but they call incessantly. I even got a call at 2 am. Thats the annoying thing.
Attempted 2 times to return equipment-in Huntersville-#21 in line w/2service reps(was told by waiting customer that he had been there an hour already).....2nd attempt was #24 w/one rep.....found out I could make appt so did so for statesville office- got there -1rep and “ their system” was not recognizing the confirmation number that Spectrum sent Via email.... she told me to sign in (lucky #21 again )so I left again with 2 others that came in behind me!!!!!! Spectrum Customer service is HORRIBLE!
Very crowded. Make a reservation. If you do not make a reservation and its a busy time be prepared to wait 30-45 min or longer
I did not like the installer, not friendly, installed 4 cables boxes in 2 guest rooms, living room and master bedroom. House I bought did not have cable but box out side had cable? Installer charge me$50.00 per outlet😱also did not clean up messes in bedrooms and my friend had to cover telephone boxes which he thought was cable outlets. Also he did not secure electrical cable box outside. I had to screw panel back together.If I new I had to pay out this much money I would have stayed with Direct TV, free new home installing. Going to there office to see if I can get a refund and if so I will give a good review, but not it will stay as is on this review😱😡

This company does nothing for loyal customers. I had a technician come out several times about exposed equipment in this past year and no one fixed it. Also they raised my bill by $80 and wouldnt do anything to help me. They dont even deserve one star. The sad thing is I wouldnt have disconnected my services if they did their job!
Time Warner/Spectrum/Charter - whatever they call themselves; is the largest, fraudulent thieves I have ever witnessed.We purchased the bundle of cable TV, home phone, and internet then added in their Intelligent Home service in 2016. The initial hardware costs for the Intelligent Home was $199.00 down and $500.00 paid over 2 or 3 months then the monthly fee and a 2 year service agreement/contract. We were told we own the equipment.Then for these 4 services cost us close to $200.00 per month.Then the real problems started... Internet down more than up, cable TV would go out, etc. We had this companys representatives to our home so much it started to feel like this company lived in our home.Year 2017 came and problems continued, actually picked up with frequency and this company started raising the monthly fees every 3 months.Finally, in 2018 - we had had enough and cancelled everything in November 2018, all of this companys equipment returned to them.Then this company sent a bill to us for unreturned equipment of more than $325.00, sent us emails and people to our home for the equipment. We have tried to get this company to correct their errors and it continues to get worse.Highly recommend NEVER obtain service from Time Warner/Spectrum/Charter/Bright House (all the same company). It is far better to obtain a different provider, no matter the cost.1 star rating is still too high- this company needs to be closed down
Had the best customer service. Went inside to exchange a cable box. The entire staff was extremely friendly and very accomendating. Very helpful and their goal was the make it right. People need to take note. Excellent job, Time Warner

Went into this location today, to speak with someone about getting promotion rate on my new bill, due to the fact that old promotion was ending, was helped and or not helped by women with blonde hair, was told that this cant be done in store, which is incorrect due to the fact I got my promotion rate in store last year, very very poor customer service from your rep. I went into this store to exchange a modem and downgrade my plan. It was a great experience. No wait. Friendly staff. NO Hassling about downgrading. Not one word trying to convince me not to do it. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised.Nice work Time Warner.
Hated them HIGH prices and always want to put you in some crappy bundle. I left and went with Dish and I LOVE it. The Dish Hopper is awesome...you never run out of DVR space. SWITCH 😜

We are trying to close the account because we moved to a location not served by Time Warner and they are making it impossible. This is NOT THE 1st time!!! - Update: after several months and many phone calls the problem got solved. Loved the product they offer but do not like the way the do business.
Just tried to adjust my stuff. After going through the automated process and finally getting a human the human was barely understandable with a thick foreign accent. That took about ten minutes give or take a little. All for him to give me another number to call and start the process all over again. Which lasted another ten minutes or so then I was told I was getting an automated call back in seven minutes. Any guess? Yes that was well over an hour ago. Only because my apartment is tied in with these guys do I bother.
Its a shame that so many people have had such bad experiences... Ive had no real problems and the people at this location have always been helpful and friendly. Oh, well... lucky me, I guess.
It was 11 am Saturday morning and crowded. I had a 30 minute wait to pick up equipment. It was extremely hot in the waiting room. It felt like a DMV office and I dont plan to visit this location again.
Came here because I needed to return my internet modem and pick up 2 cable boxes for my TVs. Came on a Wednesday @ 6:30 pm and you choose a number when you come in similar to a DMV and wait in line. However, the experience was not like a DMV at all... Chris, the specialist helping everyone is a rock star. Good attitude, quality customer service, and easy to work with. He was the only one in that day it appears and he was treating everyone the same and making them a priority. He deserves a raise! Great experience coming here!
Liars! I was simply lied to by Spectrum as to why my bill kept rising. They switched me from Time Warner saying that was the reason, because I was on Time Warner equipment. I was told I would have the exact same service but not the case. DVR capability is NOT the same as Time Warner whole house, now they want to charge me more money to cover their lies. I dont use the word HATE, but this company comes close. JUST STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! TRUE RATING: -10.

You cant call and talk to a rep at the store to try to plan a convenient time to drop off the cable box you have to return on your own. The stores are open only during standard work hours so there is no ability to go in except during lunch break, along with everyone else.
Long term customers are charged the highest prices while new customers get the best deals. No longer for me! I cut the cord!
I have had TWC for 15 years and love it. never makes sense to do the uverse or any of the satellite companies. Internet is always up and running an that is very important to me and my home business. Can watch full line up on all computers in house. Love it
