I have had constant dental issues since I was very young. I spent many years in the dental chair. Dr. Marra has gone way beyond above and beyond. I had some implant hardware that his practice did not use. He actually went out and got the equipment, just to help me. This took much time and effort. He is thoughtful, as well as everyone on his team, they care. I am on a full path to a healthy set of teeth for the first time in my life. He collaborates with 2 other specialists in the area, which gives you a comprehensive care plan. You get a team. When you see people working together for your best interest, and not just theirs, that tells you everything you need to know. Above all else, Dr. Marra is just one cool dude.

I had the most pleasant repair of a cracked tooth! Dr. Lane and Janell walked me through the whole process with a relaxing and comforting bed side manner. I was truly comforted during what could have been and usually is a painful process. My experience with Huntersville Family & Cosmetic Dentistry was a delight. I look forward to having more work done!

I have been seeing Dr. Marra here for years and he is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Office staff is wonderful as well. Recently I had an acute issue and saw Dr. Layne. He is every bit as professional, helpful, and compassionate as Dr. Marra. Really excellent practice and you can’t go wrong with either provider.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Marra and his staff for about 5 years now. Dr. Marra is absolutely the most skilled and knowledgeable dentist Ive ever met. He had the precision and artistry of a Swiss watchmaker when he did my crowns.His office and the equipment have always been spotless. With COVID-19, they have added some air filtering/sanitizing systems and implemented additional procedures to keep the patients and staff healthy.I highly recommend Dr. Marra as his staff if you need a dentist.

Everyone at Dr. Marra’s office is incredibly kind and knowledgeable! My 4 year old had her first dental experience here and it was a lovely experience for her! Highly recommend his practice.

Can say enough good things about HFCD. From the moment you call for an appointment until you leave the office, everyone is sooooo nice,helpful and professional. DDS Marra is very gentle and careful not to cause undue pain. Also, he does not “invent” work. Very trustworthy.

The staff where all very nice and the office was up to date with technology and spotless. The hygienist was friendly and did a great job. Anthony was great as well, and through the whole appointment I never felt like they where rushing me out the door like some other places Ive been. Simply the best dentist I have been to since as far as I can remember. The office is comfortable, clean and state of the art. Tabitha, Nicole and Dr. Marra were prompt, courteous, had a great sense of humor and professional. They really take the time to make a patient feel relaxed and informed in regards of his/her treatment. I didnt have a lot of interaction with the other staff but I am sure that they are top tier as well. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone!

I hate going to the dentist. They always hurt. That is why I have not gone in about 15-20 years. My mother goes here and highly recommended them. Finally went. I have substantial issues with my teeth... This was without a doubt the easiest experience I have had. Tabitha went out of her way to get a cleaning appointment scheduled for me and is always a pleasure to see when I walk in the door. The staff was wonderful to allow my pre-K son to join me during my cleaning which takes a lot of patience! Great service and great healthy smiles!

Had not been to the dentist in many years. I do not have a fear of the dentist but had some bad experiences in the past. The entire staff were fantastic. The hygienist made sure I was comfortable and did an amazing job with my cleaning. I was very pleased with the experience and results. Dr. Marra provided a great consultation on some additional work that needs to be done and his approach was thorough and professional. Definitely found my new dental provider.

Dr. Marra and his staff have been amazing! They have taken care of my 2 year old son without missing a beat and have been so patient, loving and caring throughout our multiple visits to the office. The best dental practice I ever went to. So glad I found them and they are so convenient - right across the street from the Northcross Shopping Center, next door to the public library and right on the bus line. The entire staff is so friendly from Marguerite at the front desk, to Tabitha to Dana. and of course Dr. Marra is the best.I am so glad they are part of my insurance network and covered by my insurance! Ive had a few cleanings already and a minor procedure and everything went so smoothly.I highly recommend this practice to anyone new to the area or anyone looking for a new dentist. You wont be disappointed and will than me later !

There is not many things I dread more than going to the dentist. It had been a few years since Ive been there. I knew I was neglecting my proper oral care...and my old Catholic guilt wore me down....I did my online research & found Dr. Marra. With all the stellar reviews, I felt confident & made a appointment. All the reviews were spot on....and I will add that I wasnt judged for my lack of teeth attention but felt kindness and expert service from everyone!!! I would give this office a 10 star rating!

Dr Marra and his staff are highly professional and knowledgeable. His office appears to be newly remodeled and exceptionally clean and organized. His staff was so kind and welcoming. I feel that he explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. In my past experiences with dentists, I was always anxious and guarded. However, I was immediately put at ease here. I will definitely be returning and recommending Dr Marra to all of my family and friends.

Great stuff. The staff and Dr. Marra are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Marra took the time to look over my x-Rays with me and describe in-depth a couple of things he saw. Ive never had that happen before. Seems that they truly care. Dana took about an hour to carefully clean my teeth and gave me some tips as she went along. Didnt rush me in and out and the facilities are very clean and modern. Will be back!

I chose this dentist based on the reviews...and Im glad I did! Everybody was very friendly, and welcoming. My Hygienist was as gentle as she could be with the cleaning, but there was no dancing around my teeth/gum sensitivity, hahaha! Ive never been so happy with a dental appointment until I came here. I definitely give all of them two thumbs up, and would recommend Dr. Marra to anyone who asks.

I have been looking for a new dentist for over a year, and prefer to take them on recommendation. Dr. Marra was recommended to me by my Doctor and i was very pleased with the entire experience. His staff was extremely friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, helpful and accomodating and i felt very relaxed the entire visit. I will be going back to Dr. Marra on a regular basis, and so will my family.

My husbands company switched dental insurance providers and I was having difficulty locating a dentist that was in-network in my area. I found Dr. Marra and looked at some patient reviews. Everything I saw was very positive and spoke highly about Dr. Marras passion to educate his patients. I ran into some difficulty getting my insurance to provide the office with fee schedules. Margo went out of her way to help, even so far as contacting the insurance company several times on my behalf. I was blown away by her willingness to help someone who is not even a patient. From the time I walked into the office for my first visit, I was met with smiling faces and paperless sign-in which I really liked because I hate filling out all that paperwork by hand. They were running a little behind on cleanings so Dr. Marra came right in to see me. He took pictures of my teeth and put them on the screen and explained in detail everything that was going on with my teeth and what we needed to keep an eye on. I was very impressed because I have never had any dentist take the time to explain anything to me. I usually get a one minute exam with a brief comment something along the lines of looks good. Dana was extremely friendly and is the most detail oriented, perfectionist at cleanings I have ever seen, and I loved it! I have never loved a dentist before but I can honestly say after just one visit, I love this entire office and I dont plan on ever going anywhere else. I have already recommended them to all my friends and family.

Hi,Saw Dr. Marra and staff yesterday. Dr. Marra is an extremely conscientious and thorough doctor. I appreciate his strategy for dealing with a particular dental problem I am facing now. He has been appropriately cautious and methodical in addressing it. Expressing his concern for a need for further evaluation, he referred me to an Endodontist. I appreciate that kind of integrity that allows him to get further input on my issue.Dana did a great job as always! I would recommend Dr. Marra and his staff to anyone seeking to find a competent and caring dentist.

Wow! Pretty much sums it up... I have been in Charlotte for 10 years and been through many dentists trying to find one I love. While I was very happy with my last dentist, he quit practicing which left me in the terrible situation I was in for the first 5 years, again trying to find a dentist I loved. I was referred to Dr. Marra by my endodontist, Dr. Wells (who I also am very happy with-and its not easy to be happy with a root canal doctor) and he was right on the money knowing that I would be happy with Dr. Marra. Not only is the office beautiful and extremely serene and comfortable, all of the staff does everything they can to make sure you are happy and comfortable and to eliminate any concern. Dr. Marra himself is one of the best dentists I have been to so far. His ability to clearly explain things and answer questions is such a refreshing experience. He takes his time with his patients and sincerely wants to prescribe the best course of action taking everything into consideration. I am so happy I found him!

Another great visit with Dr. Marra and Staff (JoAnn, Margo, et al). Dr. Marra has been working on a plan to take care of issues from past dental work (military) for some time. I am extremely pleased with results thus far and cant do enough to praise this entire office. If I can go into the office for two fillings and almost fall asleep during the process, I would highly recommend this office to anyone!
