Quick and painless. Price is about the same as others. Went in they explained things out and I was able to leave my phone with them. I was able to leave work drop my phone off and be back at work in 20min. It was ready when I came back for it at lunch time.

After reading other reviews, I contacted this Huntersville Store for a battery replacement for my Galaxy S7 phone. I used the online appointment app and received an immediate call alerting me that the battery was not in stock, but they would expedite delivery from another store within 1.5 hours and they DID IT! The battery was replaced in less than an hour and I used the coupon ($10) from the online appointment app. Staff was very friendly and professional. I am totally pleased at this point with their service.

Had my screen replaced (galaxy s8+) and the tech cleaned the back of the phone too. Its a little thing that I noticed because the back was dirty when I took it in. Good service and attention to detail and my phone works and looks great.

I neexed to replace my Samsung Galaxy S7 battery. I was told it would take a hour. When i went back was told another hour. I wasnt pleased but was compensated by a $10 off the price. All is well. Ive been there before for other batteries and will continue to shop there.
