In large part due to the superior, outstanding customer service we have received from Eric Olsen and the service department. Knowledgeable and expert care and service. Eric has always been timely and accurate in his management of my cars. The problems were always accurately corrected. I recently visited Toyota of North Charlotte for basic repairs on my new Toyota. Not only was I immediately brought in, my appointment confirmed, and my car attended to, but the staff made every effort to make sure that I (and the other customers) were satisfied and comfortable. In particular, Omega Rivera took the time to explain each and every cost and repair, was extremely polite and congenial and made the experience fun (well as fun as car repairs can be haha). Masks were worn by every staff member, so it was easy to relax while I waited. My repairs were completed in no time and I was right back out of the door. I’m absolutely returning for all of my future repair needs.

We were helped by assistant manager Lao—he is awesome and was able do get us in and out promptly. He also proactively pointed out that our tag was about to expire and suggested we get the inspection, saving us another trip. Thank you Lao!

We have five Toyotas in my family, and I do not bring my cars anywhere but here. Eric Olsen is a fantastic service manager. He and the rest of the staff are courteous, professional, and always take the time to answer questions. For my last visit, Eric contacted me about a recall that needed repair, and when I arrived (late), he had a rental ready to go. The service staff take time to get to know customers, and my dog always gets some love whenever I bring her with me!

All Warning Lights on my Dashboard lit up while I was in rush hour traffic on a Friday - luckily I was 5 min from Toyota of North Charlotte. Everyone was great - Logan - Rob, plus everyone that had a part in making sure Enterprise Car Rental would wait on me and giving me a ride to Enterprise. (Toyota of No Clt did not have a loaner available.) Then, Toyota of North Charlotte repaired my car in less than 24 hours when the Service Dept had a full schedule through the weekend. They estimated my car would be checked Monday. Found the Alternator was bad - replaced it and the sub-par battery on Saturday, so I was able to save on the Car Rental. Everyone gave Top Level Service!!

Eric Olsen is the BEST service manager Ive ever dealt with. He always explains the repairs and always gets the best deal. My opinion is based on many cars and years of working with Eric. Eric took care of everything.What he does so well is avoids surprises. Eric Olsen went out of is way to show customer service! He talked over my options with me after having a slow leak in my tire and i feel he gave me his honest opinion and explained all of my options! Im from Detroit, so I know car dealerships. When I walked into this service department, I felt like I had entered a swanky Cadillac dealership in a very expensive neighborhood - the world of money! Honestly it gave me pause because those things dont come cheap.I was given a next-day appointment. I was greeted by a concierge team at the curb: valet, service coordinator and someone to just hold the door for me. They rolled out the red carpet for me and my 2005 RAV4, lol.They fixed everything promptly and charged me reasonable fees. They went out of their way to be helpful and polite in every way. I def recommend.
