We have twin five-year-old boys who have been in Kumon with Ms. Fei for just a few months. We have noticed improvement in their math and letter identification skills in a short period of time. The only reason we are stopping is because neither my wife nor my schedule permits us to bring them in for in-person instruction. Otherwise, we would continue to keep them in Kumon. We readily endorse this program if you are considering it for your child/children.

Not all Kumons are created equal, but this Kumon - Atascocita location (Town Center) is superb! Very clean center, friendly wonderful staff, efficient methods of tutoring. This location incorporates the reward system of Kumon bucks for the students, who can save up to buy items, teaching economics! This location is also rarely closed, which is fantastic. Other locations tend to be closed when school districts have holidays, but you have the option here of coming to Kumon anyway. We have tried the Baytown location on Baker Street, which was terribly run (he wouldnt keep the students for the entire amount of time; he doesnt use the Kumon bucks reward system; he was constantly closed during every public school holiday; and he was severely understaffed, causing my children to sit there without a teacher-- why even go. But not at the Atascocita Kumon location!! Highly recommend!!! Fei the owner is wonderful and has really great communication with parents. A+

Kumon Atascocita owned by Ms Fei is so dedicated to the welfare and success of the students who goes there. As parents of 3 students that go to this Kumon center, we highly appreciate the work and effort of all the Kumon instructors at the center. Since the day our kids have started going to Kumon, they have progressed tremendously in terms of math skills; each are able to do work above their grade level because Kumon allows for them to comprehend and solve the problems that come their way using unique and fast methods. Not only that, but the Kumon program itself teaches a good work ethic and study time. And during COVID-19, Ms. Fei and her team were able to expertly handle the situation and make the environment save and clean.Once again, we very much love the Kumon program (especially Kumon Atascocita!), the teachers, and how they can bring the best out in kids, and we would strongly recommend this after-school program to anyone whose kids are struggling in math and reading.

Ms. Fei is AMAZING!!! My husband and I are both Educators and we admire the passion, hard work and commitment she has to her students. She goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure our daughter is ahead of the class. She has been DYNAMIC during this pandemic and never stopped checking in on our daughter. She converted her tutoring to an online zoom one-on-one format and is always prompt and efficient. She is so dedicated that she even worked when the lights went out at the facility. Kumon Atascocita is very nice place for the kids, the environment is great and clean, especially safe to let children stay. We decided to enroll my son because he was having difficulties with reading in 1st grade. He was behind compare to school’s level and we did see him struggle. Our son Dramatically improved in few months. I saw his grades improved and even excelled. He is now 8years old and is doing now math. This program is the best investment in your child education that a parent can make. Great staff and very kind!

Im a student at Kumon, and I appreciate all the help and support that Ms. Fei gives us through various means. I am now in Kumon level M for math, and I have only two more levels left until program completion. This program has helped me a lot, especially when I was doing Algebra, and I am doing well in school.

Ms Fei is amazing. My son is excelling in math and it’s all thanks to Kumon. If you child is struggling or you want him/her to get a head start, try Kumon atascocita. They will easily get your child at least 2 grades above their current math level. Kumon also teaches discipline as the child is responsible for the work not the parent.

I wholeheartedly recommend any student, whether they are struggling in school or just trying to get immersed in new material, to join Kumon-Atascocita. As a former Kumon program completer and a current employee, I must say that Ms. Fei does an excellent job not only helping students catch up and get ahead in school but also fosters a sense of excitement in students when they learn new material. She makes learning seem like a treat for students, not a chore. I have seen countless students begin their work multiple grade levels behind but end up far ahead of their class once they buy into the Kumon method. Ms. Fei also cares about the well-being of her students. Every day, I see her genuinely ask her students how they are doing and help them feel better if they aren’t in the best mood. Students seem to gravitate towards her positive energy and outlook. When the covid-19 pandemic began, she found innovative ways to continue to allow all students to have the opportunity to get help from instructors. Personally, I have enjoyed working here for the last three years and feel privileged to be part of a team dedicated to helping students. Overall, Kumon is a long-term investment, but the time you put into Kumon is most definitely justified by the long-term benefits you receive.

My son attends Kumon Atascocita and really enjoys the work and the wonderful staff. My son is a virtual student and we decided to add Kumon to fill in the gaps and make sure he’s ready for 6th grade next year. Kumon has been just the extra challenge he needed.

My son has been study with Kumon since Grade K and now he is in 6th grade. This is the 3rd Kumon center we use and so far the best.It is very quiet in the waiting area and also in the classroom. I love the way that they painted the window dark so that kids in the classroom are not get interrupted. The tutors are extremely helpful and some of them are even students graduated from Kumon. Such a motivation for my son that he told me he wants to be a tutor once he graduated.The owner of this center Mrs Fei is a very nice lady and I can tell she is very responsible and care about the kids. She always has a gift center which kids can pick or purchase cute stuff using their Kumon dollar. I constantly seeing her explaining kids progress to their parents and she will provide good recommendations on practicing and pace. She also cares about kids safety and she will not allowed kids to leave W/O parents pick up.During COVID 19, this center improved HSE set up. The center is by appointment only and also only family members can sit in the same table. There are also PVC dividers so that kids are not directly face to face. They check forehead temperature for every one entering the center and they remind kids using wipes, sanitizer, and wear masks all the time.It is tough right now for local businesses and I strong recommend that we appreciate all the efforts this Kumon center provided for our kids and also try our best to support them. I highly recommend this Kumon center and prefer to rate 100 stars if there is a choice.

The teacher here, Mrs. Liu is very friendly and supportive, the environment there looks very nice and the staff there are great and helpful too!

My family has utilized Kumon Atascocita for five years. My daughter started in 3rd grade. The strategies she has learned from going has helped her to Master ALL her standardized test. I strongly believe Kumon is the main reason she keeps getting invited to STEM enriched programs.
