I had 2 fairly large oak trees that were damaged during Hurricane Harvey. Mr.Flory came out and recommended some deep root fertilization for nutrients. He was very understanding about the long term are of my trees. We made a standing appointment for him to recheck my trees in the spring.

The office staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. The arborist I met with was Louis. Very intelligent and genuinely cares about trees. Their crews did an excellent job. They will have my business from now on and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional and courteous. My first time to use a tree company. The lady that answered the phone was patient and understood my worries and answered all the questions I had and assured me Mr. Flory knew what he was doing. The crew did and excellent job trimming my 3 oak trees. I was very impressed by how they climbed the trees and removed branches I did not think could be reached. They cleaned up the yard before they left. Thank you Ability Trees for taking care of my trees, it was money well spent.

If you care about the looks of your trees call this company. The crew that did the pruning did an excellent job and even made sure to clean up their mess before they left.

Called them to treat and save the only Oak I had in my back yard. Charged me over $400 and the tree never improved and was just cut down because it was diseased and a danger to my home. What a scam to treat my tree when it was useless but of course they made money. Will NEVER use this company EVER!!
