We leased a property from them starting in 2016 and soon after the problems started. They were never clear as to what they would fix if anything ever broke and we learned the hard way. Termites started it along with large spiders and we contacted them and it took them a while to send someone out, well after that the garage door broke 3 times and it took awhile to fix that because we were told the owner wants the cheapest of labor. Then the sink had a link and they sent some Inexperienced maintenance guy and he just glued the sink back down, then the garage disposal and then come to find out the whole sink needed to be replaced, now let’s chat about the breaker box and all the times at least 3 times a month I have to go outside in the dark and reset it, oh and the electrical sockets are out in the restroom upstairs and the halfway bath in which I just didn’t say anything, but they always wanted rent on time. This has been a 4 year nightmare and I will never rent from them or recommend them them to a dog 🐕

I have been a client for nearly 14 years and have used Ms Christopher for multiple transactions as has my sister. She is attentive, professional and very responsive. She is willing to go the extra mile to ensure her clients are well taken care of- Whether as a buyer or seller. We are probably going to downsize in the next couple of years and wouldnt consider dealing with anyone other than MFR! Thank you for giving us peace of mind - Real estate transactions can be very stressful. We dont have that apprehension because we know well be in good hands!

Service was definitely exemplary and I must say I have the coolest realtor, Tami Christopher is the bomb!! Locked myself out of my house and called her after 5pm on a weekday after she was already off work.. She went out of her way to go back to the office to pick a key up and deliver to my house!! Would definitely recommend Market Force Realty!!! Make sure and ask for Tami Christopher, glad I did!!!

They were nice at first. After renting a home for a year I sought to renew. 1 months after my lease was over I still could not get in contact with them to renew. 2 weeks later I was told my 8 month pregnant wife and I had to move out. I understand it is up to the owner, so I took it as bad communication and let it go. So we move and waited for our deposit of 1200$. After waiting 3 months for word and being redirected to voicemail. The lady finally answered the phone, when I expressed my frustration at the lack of communication she said you are not getting any money back. and hung up on me. No reason, no itemized receipt as to how 1200 dollars in damage was done. I even paid to have the carpets shampooed and sent the receipt before moveout, as was required. I should have expected this but it is still disappointing. I feel like I was robbed and discarded by your company.

We worked with Tami Christopher for several years. We had a property in Kingwood that she managed as a rental for us and then sold for us.When we picked Tami, we checked around. And she was the only property manager in the area that we found that had good, long experience managing rental properties. Other real estate agents said that they would manage it, but they were very short on experience. Tami has managed rental properties for many year (decades).Tami knows the market, area and business very well. She is very experienced.

I met Tami when I relocated to Texas nearly 8 years ago. Ive been in the same lease since that day. Weve been through hurricanes, dead racoons in the attic, gushing lawn sprinklers, and every other problem that goes along with a house and I can say shes been there through it all, working with the homeowner to get things resolved. Shes a great liaison from tenant to homeowner, and a real person. I would have probably moved a long time ago but I like the peace of mind knowing I have a person I can actually talk to when something goes wrong. I have enough to worry about.

What can I say...Tami is a true professional and has became a good friend!She worked many hours with my Mom through two contracts buying a home (Mom was relocating rom the country to Kingwood and very picky). Before the closing Mom fell and broke her second hip. We didnt know what life would hold for her in the future so we had to option out of that contract.Tami was still there for us. She visited mom in the hospital bringing her flowers and chocolates and has remained a friend to this day.

Horrible communication, it takes almost a week to hear back from them. Sneaky dishonest realtor. She will say anything to get a sale. They will either hire dishonest vendors or say they hired someone. Either way the problem wasnt fixed with their vendors. The owner of the company will yell and hang up on everyone involved. Buying a house from them was much more difficult than it is normally.
