Also, we are using Ignite Sc for all our other pest control elimination and prevention. Another product we are using is Bifen Insecticide granules for broad spread of product in grass. Mr. Joey was outstanding! I seen a grass snake two weeks ago but never found it! We searched, I mentioned it to him cause he actually asked is there any concerns I said that grass snake he immediately searched and found a possible escape the grass snake may have made.

After calling around, Bugtime was the most affordable, and they gave a clear, concise explanation of what the treatment would entail, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I went from not saying I have roaches to saying I never had roaches. Fake it til you make it people.

Ive been living in my apartments for going on three years.. Never had a roach problem all of a sudden all my husband and my daughters are seeing is roaches all over the place. Now mind you were not perfect people but were not dirty people as well I dont have food all over the place so I couldnt understand why we were getting it period. Mr Dean came in and started using some products that he said was brand new and Im telling you I seen a difference within two days we were infested with roaches and then all of a sudden its like whatever he use just made them disappear. Not all of them mind you oh, not yet at least. Hes only done this twice and Im telling you whatever your issue is with the pest problem give him a chance cuz not only does he have great customer service but he actually does the job and gets rid of the pests.

I went here for a product to help with pest control in my kitchen and pantry. The guy whose name I dont remember was very knowledgeable and helpful about what I needed. He explained how to use the products and suggested the best products they offered. I will return for pest control needs.

I went there because I had a big ant problem. I tried all the stuff Home Depot had to offer and had no success. I put some ants in a plastic baggie and took them to Bug time. The people here were SUPER knowledgeable and very friendly. He was quick to share his knowledge and the solutions to my problem. One guy looked at my ants under a loupe and was quick to identify the species so I could do the proper treatment. I spent $60 on professional products. While that may seem a bit expensive to cure an ant problem, I find it cheap. Ive probably spent $50 on home depot for products that didnt work. Now, thats expensive. Not to mention the bags of food Ive thrown away.After 3 days, there is not an ant to be found on my entire property. Probably no ants in my neighbors property either. The ants now fear me, and most important, the wife is happy. Next time I will not waste my time at home depot and I will go straight to these guys for any of my bug or pest problems. It is a pleasure to deal with people that know what they are doing.

I love this place. very nice, very professional, very informative, and patience. I was paying a guy to come by at $80 each time to spray the house. I went to bug time got my own stuff, that they help me with. I sprayed it once, and I havent seen a roach in 2 years. I also decided to do the rat bait. instead of paying a guy to come by once a month at $75 a pop. they saved me a bundle. After being bombarded with bedbugs from an inhome guest and paying 200$ to a shady company that ran off and promised to return i was at my wits end!!! I dont understand some companys ideas about customer service. Bugtime was our exterminator. We used to have them come out every 3 months for service. We were due in Oct. but life got in the way. We were unable to do it. They called a total of 2 times (one of which while we were out of town during holidays). We finally scheduled them for 1/20/17. Stayed up late moving items around so they could reach all areas conveniently. 40minutes after appt time, they had not shown. My wife called them to be told they cancelled our acct. The explanation was they tried multiple times to contact us for our regular appt. When told our phones showed no missed calls from them, then they claimed we were never scheduled for 1/30/17. There are actually only 1 or 2 real reasons. 1) the moron forgot to write us on the schedule, or 2) the owner is punishing us for not scheduling them back in Oct. Probably both. Owner & appt taker both had crappy attitudes and obviously do not need or want our business. Suit yourself to use them if you dare.
