Ms Burns is a very sweet and loving individual! I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years and she’s always been very compassionate and very patient with me. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a good listener and she also gives encouraging advice. Out of the kindness of her heart, she always have given me something on my birthday which no other therapist have done before. Ms Tamika gets 5 stars from me! I’d give her more if I could.

OMG!! She was referred by my fortune 500 company through EAP. I called and she answered the phone with a nasty attitude stating “what do you want!!” I replied “excuse me,” she said “what do you want, because this call is coming up as spam..”I wouldn’t care if the call came up as the Devil. As a business with your phone number all over the web, if you make a decision to answer the phone conduct yourself as a professional. Of course I said that’s okay and hung up.I’m so glad you showed me how unprofessional, and ignorant you are in the door instead of me finding out 4-5 sessions later.

I saw Tamikka for years and she is a lovely person and a great therapist! I really enjoyed my time with her and I would definitely go back and I even recommended her to one of my moms coworkers. Very compassionate person!

I just came to look up her details so I can share her contact info with a friend. I was amazed that she didnt have 5 Stars across the board so now Im adding my own. This woman is the most compassionate, patient, Ilady I have ever met. And even after my son and I stopped seeing her we got a beautiful gift card at Christmas. It wasnt much just a few dollars, the amount was never the point of it. the thoughtfulness was there, and Ive never received that from anybody before. Everything about her just made me feel safe. I highly recommend her.

She should probably get more professional staffing to answer her phones. I tried for 2 months to get an appointment and was finally told she wasnt accepting new patients.

I’ve been seeing Tamika for nearly 2 years and my experience has been amazing. She’s very open, relatable, and down to earth. Kiera, her assistant, always has a smile on her face and in her voice. At my first appointment, there was an immediate connection. Tamika’s energy is always positive and upbeat. You can tell she’s passionate about her work.

Very unprofessional place.. I would not recommend coming to this place. Also there Secretary is so unprofessional she had gotten all the insurance info mixed up and then called us a day before the appointment stating that they could not see us in their office, Not impressed.

Therapist only works with the first one complaining, and doesn’t work with other family members.
