I love this location. They are quick, and I haven’t had an issue with any of the Wax techs. Just got a free wax because I haven’t been since February. That’s awesome. Thanks again!!

I go to this location every four weeks for a Brazilian and see Akeelah. I can not say enough about her!! She is fast, efficient, friendly and above all else thorough. I never have to worry about a thing when I go see her, and know that her work will be perfect!! The facilities are clean, the people are nice and accommodating. I am very pleased with all aspects of this business!!

Everyone there makes you feel comfortable as always. EWC never disappoints.

I love it here! My first visit I was so scared and didnt know what to expect. Lesley (Humble location) made me feel so comfortable and made the experience a lot better than I imagined. Ive been going for about 2 months now and will only see Lesley! She is a professional at what she does, makes it tolerable and holds a great conversation to keep your mind off of things.

Luz was excellent! Being my first time waxing I was hesitant and expected the worse. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything before, during and after. Her room was extremely cleaned and precautions taken . I would highly recommend. Receptionist/host were all very professional and friendly. Covid precautions taken. I havent always had great experiences here but, Ive never had a bad one. I use Dawnika and think shes awesome! She will carry a convo with you during the whole appt if you want, however, Im not one to carry on small talk and she doesnt force it, which I really appreciate - she reads her audience and responds accordingly. She knows her stuff - dont hesitate to ask her anything about your concerns or frustrations with your waxes. Shes detail oriented and wants to make sure youre happy with the results before you go, she wont rush you or get annoyed at how picky youre being. She checks in on you to make sure youre not dying a slow painful death. She lets me cuss without judgement :) - they all do, really (at a reasonable volume). Ive used a few other waxers who were really nice and carried great convo - Dawnika is just who I feel most comfortable with.Also, if you do have a bad experience or questions about services - just call the manager. Shell listen and work with you to figure out a solution.

I wish I could give this business a zero. They are extremely unprofessional Ive been going here for 5yrs and for the past couple of months they have schedule me wrong so that means they will reject me as a customer. The front desk young lady is extremely rude. Ive asked for brzillian wax and i still have hair overall this place is a joke

A wonderful pair for ladies!!! They work hard and have an amazing attitude!!! It should be a waxing place but they also offer great advice for your skin!Thanks to them I found a great moisturizer for my sensitive skin! They are very fast and efficient and getting a wax pass will save you so much money and perhaps get a free visit as well.Bryanna is amazing, Ive been going to her for about half a year now and my eyebrows have never looked better!

First time at this location and I’m very disappointed. I had Joanna. She was not very good. Young, inexperienced, and a little rude. I told her it was my first time waxing in a while and she shamed me for not coming in regularly. She also didn’t communicate well during the appointment. I wouldn’t even get a countdown before she ripped off the wax. I was so uncomfortable and flinching the entire time. By the end of the appointment, I was shaking. A nice “3,2,1” countdown would have helped a lot. Then when I asked her what lotion I could get from a grocery store and she didn’t listen and instead pushed EWC’s lotion. I don’t recommend this location or this waxer.

I didnt have a pleasant experience here. Signed up for the unlimited wax pass but it took my underarms almost 1 month before I was able to wax them again. Also, when I went I was asked how much I wanted to leave for tip I said 15% but when I later looked at the receipt it was 30%. When I tried to cancel the wax pass they couldnt cancel it and it can only be canceled with a manager, but the manager was never available! So i sent EUROPEAN Wax Center an email to share my experience (in 2014) and I kid you not- FOUR YEARS LATER (today) they finally responded. I will attach screenshots of the emails here. I do not recommend this company!

Tori was my waxer and she did an amazing Job she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend her as a waxer. The receptionist was also very nice and answered of my questions.

Tori is very professional and polite, she do a great job every time. The room is very clean and the staff smiles and greet you with nothing but kindness. I’ve been going to the West Lake Houston location for 1 year 5 months now and recommend people to go here they are 5 stars.

I called today to change my time for my appointment which I was fine with. I called again right after to actually change my appointment to tomorrow 10/03/2020 because I wanted something earlier & I wanted Bryanna to do my waxing. When I called the second time for change it to a later day, COURTNEY was to worried on how I got the direct number instead of helping me.. Like why does it matter how I got the number, just help me out. Like I didn’t have to explain to her how I got the number in order for me to get my appointment changed. I drive 45 mins just to get to that specific location & I only want Bryanna to be doing the waxing. There are plenty of locations near my home but I chose to go to the humble location. I don’t need to be questioned on how I got the direct number. She was very unprofessional with me ! I did not like it one bit !!

I went for my first wax and was extremely nervous. Alesia was wonderful! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I got underarms, lower legs, and a brazilian. I am so happy with the results! I bought a whole year of waxes! I cant wait to go back 😊 thank you for the great service!

Past two times I have been to this location both ladies who did my Brazilian were rude, left patchy & didn’t clean up afterwards. I don’t think that’s it’s cheap to pay for a wax to not even have all the hair removed, isn’t that what I’m paying them to do?Will not be back to this location, I definitely recommend the woodlands location.

Very comfortable environment... ladies were super nice and made me feel at ease when I was super nervous. Prices were very reasonable compared so definitely an added bonus.

I love Tori! She is awesome! Also, they have a 5 day touch up policy and you never have to wait for your appointment.

I always had great experiences at European Wax. Yesterday I had the worst experience ever from Morgan. The wax was so painful I wanted to jump off the table never experience a Brazilian wax like that. Also she did not do clean ups I was left with a lot of hair. That I had to go home and shave off. She did not offer me products, and she didn’t give me the knowledge of taking a shower instead of a bath. It’s a good thing I actually knew it. I didn’t tip(which I always do) and I didn’t rebook another service at this location.

Bailey was AWESOME! She talked to me the entire time and placed my mind at ease. She suggested products and gave great aftercare instructions. I will DEFINITELY be back. Thanks Baileeeeeey 🤩

Appreciate the expert advice and product recommendations based on an individualized/personalized basis. Micaela at the front is great. Friendly and engaging. Plus, they are very prompt if not able to take me a few minutes early. As there is never enough time in the day, early always makes my day a bit brighter.

I always do my Brazilian wax here. They have the best price around. They are quick and I really like the environment.Now, Im only giving them 4 starts because I got a full face wax and it wasnt that great. I had several visible hairs that didnt came off with the wax. I think they couldve done a better job.

Not customer friendly. Texted me to tell me my service was ready and then proceeded to make me wait an additional 20 min. Said I shouldve understood that it would take a while when they said the waxer will be out shortly yeah okay. Not a fan of being lied to.

Yay! My Chewbacca face is gone thanks to Tori! I highly recommend asking for Tori because she is professional but friendly. She always ask if the temperature is okay on the wax and gives tips on skin care. She never pushes the products on me but does give me great information on them and I have loved the ones I’ve tried. If ya need the hair removed and ya skin left baby smooth then try European Wax Center and ask for Tori at the Atascocita location.

Bailey is wonderfully sweet. She is quick, effective, and professional. I adore her. She gets 5 stars! The front desk gets 3 stars because they never can get my appointments right. Each time I’ve scheduled, they’ve called to reschedule due to an error or mix up, which is frustrating for me because I have a hectic work/travel schedule. It also isn’t professional on their end. The front desk also tries to upsell me every visit, which is beyond annoying. Bailey is the only reason I return.

Ive been coming to this location and seeing Hope for a few months now. She is always very sweet and professional, and she makes the experience as quick and painless as possible. I cant recommend her enough!

Due to me always having to reschedule appointments, which they do not reprimand you about whatsoever, I have typically had a different wax perdon each time I go there. Theyre always great people, especially for the job that they do. My only hint of advice is plan when youre going to need your appointment because last minute ones dont work out typically

So, I went for my wax for the first time today in my life. The front staff was very nice and welcoming. My esthetician Alisia was super awesome and patient with me. I appreciated her explaining each step as she waxed and the after care procedures to me. She was down to earth. I will be back for her services and I will recommend her to my friends as well.

Great experience with my waxer. She is always on time. Love how quick and efficient she works. My only concern is the fact EWC feels they need to upcharge a $1 for COVD19 surcharge. When asked why they explain to help with extra cost for mask, gloves & cleaning supplies. So... did you not clean before or practice appropriate use of mask and gloves prior? I dont agree with the additional charge regardless if it was just a $1.

The employees were unprofessional and rude. I will give this place a 0 star but google won’t let me. I wanted to give my 16 year old sister a eyebrow wax but they told me no, she can’t have one, even though we showed ID that she was 16. I don’t know if it was a race thing because we are African American but they treated everyone different but us. One of the employees was shaking like they was afraid of us. The wax was great but the service was very bad.

This was my first waxing experience and I got a Brazilian wax. I did not pick a specific waxer while setting my appointment, but was Not disappointed by my waxer Tori. She was amazing. The experience itself was not as bad as I had imagined and Tori held conversation in a way that allowed me to not even think about what she was doing for most of the time, while still being comforting and informative. Had a Brazilian done Saturday for the first time & although i was extremely scared (of pain) Hope turned my experience from crying to laughing by the time we were finished! Very gentle & educated me during the session as well! Hope is awesome!

The facilities are very clean, but my legs feel like the day after shaving. Instead of going against the grain of the hair, she would just always go and downward Strokes which would basically break all my hairs off instead of pulling them out all the way. She also couldnt get the wax strip off in one pull which left a lot of patches. Im going in for my free follow up in four weeks, hopefully the girl that does me then will be better.

I went there about a month ago for the first time. The staff was super sweet and my waxer was amazing! I was highly impressed with how clean the facility was and how kind everyone was as well. I definitely recommend them!

Left hair in pubic area causing swelling and pain. It had to be removed as a procedure.

Two stars for their quicknes to see you, but it made sense how quick they got me out too.One star for the half-off first time clients.I don’t know if they think the more wax they use the faster they will get done, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a waxing establishment. It was extremely painful and I’ve been getting waxed for 10+ years.Don’t even know the lady name who waxed me. Another negative.Lastly, I still have hair.

My estheticians name is Crystal. She was professional, super quick and very accurate. She took steps to make sure my waxing was not painful since I had the Brazilian wax and lower leg wax. Definitely going to see her again. Next time she will be waxing my eyebrows, chin and lip.

Good place for waxed. I really like the wax passes they offer for a cheaper price. Im always greeted as soon as I walk in the door and my waxer is always prompt for my appointments.

I had a great experience today during my first visit. I was never after reading the reviews last night but it was nice. The facility was clean and pretty. Summer waxed my underarms and it was almost painless. I was very nervous about the potential pain but it was very mild. The service was nice. The staff were friendly. I was in and out. And best of all my service was free since it was my first time! Ill go back again.

Rude wax specialist, Elizabeth. Within a minute of entering the room she told me I “looked sick” (which I wasn’t) and asked if I “just woke up” (which I hadn’t). I only tipped her because she said she was getting married soon, otherwise I wouldn’t have. Definitely not paying to be insulted again.

Victoria Hamilton is hands down the BEST technicianat EWC in Humble, TX. She does a very quick and thorough job. I refuse to see anyone else but Victoria and I strongly urge anyone looking for someone they can trust and feel comfortable with to do the same. Without any hesitation, I always refer my family and friends to Victoria Hamilton.

Hit and miss waxers with varied experience and technique. You have to “shop around” until you find one you like. Last time I called and specifically asked for a certain service and person she al ost booked me fir something h else and then booked me with a different waxer. So, I’m less than happy with them right now.

Ive been coming to this location for a very long time now and I must say, each time I visit; I see new faces and the experience gets worse and worse. Each time I go in, I have a new waxer because the one I used to see has left, which doesnt make it anymore comfortable. There is always a new face at the front desk and you can just tell that they dont want to be there. The vibe that is in the building is just horrible and makes you not want to go in there. I do not think I will be going back to this location because it doesnt seem like they know what they are doing there anymore. Some of my favorite employees have left and its just not the same. If I could leave no stars I would, they dont deserve a rating at all.

Love the wax they use here. Many places use a strip wax, it is hot, and it can burn you. The wax used here is a hard wax, and the whole process is not nearly as painful the old strip wax. The place is clean, they will get you in and out.They sell discounted subscription programs so you can save money.

Used to come here and have a good experience till today. Walked in and walked out. NEVER have I had a problem with MY HUSBAND coming in with me to get wax. He literally holds my hand every time and some new chick today try to tell me it companies policy he cant come back WHAT. 2 weeks ago he was back there and every time before and she just goes he cant . Girl lol believe me yall arnt getting my service or TIPS anymore. Ruined rep to me

I dont understand the poor reviews for this place--it is clean and I have never had a bad appointment. I have been getting Brazilians for about 14 years and I have lived in 3 different states, so I have plenty of places to help establish a baseline--it is never fun but they are quick. I do wish they used the same method of waxing the taint as my threading place in NYC but I have never asked them to do it that way so I cant complain.

I cant remember the ladies name that performed my services, but they werent the same as the initial service. My hair returned in 3 days and a week later it looked like I never waxed. I should have known something wouldnt be right when she attempted to wax my entire leg at once instead of section by section.

I made an online reservation for 930am based on a friends recommendation. I choose Elizabeth. This would have been my first visit. I was already insecure and drove 40 mins to this location because I have heard excellent comments about Elizabeth. When I checked in I was told I didnt have an appointment and I even showed the lady my screenshot of my reservation. But she said the system doesnt show me scheduled and the earliest I can get in was 1pm. I am completely dissatisfied with their service. I drove to far to be told to come back in 4 hours. It is NOT the clients fault when the system fails. This experience has shown me that European Wax Center is not for me. FYI I am sure Elizabeth is an excellent professional and I hear she does great work and has great customer service. Jai Jones

I had a great first experience at the Atascocita-Kimgwood location. My wax specialist was Victoria and she was amazing. She was really sweet and we had great conversation. I will always go back to her

I have been to other locations and was severely disappointed with Atascocita location. People were nice enough but even though I paid $$ for full leg I still have hair all over my legs. I went back in after not even going a mile away and they first tried to tell me the hair was too short (no where near the truth) then it was because it is blonde hair (should not make a difference when waxing) the last excuse was that the hair must have broken. She took me back again and did go over some areas with wax but then was just wanted to pluck with tweezers (I know that if she would have just actually done what I paid for it would be fine). Total waste of time and money as I had this done Tuesday night and now on Wednesday night I am reduced to shaving (I wanted to be smooth for my beach vacation. ☹)Updated--- increase to 4 stars.After taking with management, they redid my waxing with a much better and nicer technician (Tori)
