I know this is a trash company but they are legitimately trash. I have been with them for over a year and nothing but disappointment has come from it. I often have to pick up my can lids out of the ditch that is when they pick up my trash. I am scheduled to have 2 pick ups a week but am lucky if they come twice a month. If you call and complain they try and blame you for not taking your trash out on time. If you pick up is at 7 a.m. they say the truck passed by at 6:45 a.m. If you take your trash out the night before and they dont come they say the truck was running behind and to leave your trash out that they will continue the route the next day. Well that is untrue my trash has been on my curb for 3 weeks. I have called day after day with no results. I have asked that a manager or someone call me back. After more than a week a manager finally called me just to lie about why my trash hasnt been picked up. I was promised someone would pick up the trash the next day well that was 3 days ago and my trash is still on the curb.

They owe me a refund for 2 months of service that Im not getting now when they decided to cancel trash pickup the day it should have been picked up. I have called and emailed several times since mid-December trying to get the refund and now today the phone number says that the number is no longer in service. What a scam!

This company owes me 2 months of my 3 month payment. They sent notice that would no longer pick up my area and stated in that notice that there will be a refund. I have recieved nothing. Last payment Sept 16th, last pick up Oct 21... phone number is no longer working.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Multiple times where they went months without picking me up because their drivers couldn’t find my address. Then there would be months really could pick me up because they go find it and then all the sudden they couldn’t find it again. After doing with them for months over and issues after issues they decided they will not service my area instead of giving me my money back they’re making me wait 90 days before I can get my money back. It’s not my fault they can’t figure out how to take care of areas but can’t also find a way to give me my money back. Highly recommend you pay anybody in the world to take your trash away except these people. They are rude and can’t let a manager talk on the phone . They hate when people try going to the office to talk . I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to use them

Love this service! They come when they say they will, and there is prompt customer service when information is needed as to holiday pickups. Very happy to have found them. The other companies I used before were not reliable.

I still have trash outside from the week before. They have a problem picking up trash on the scheduled days and when you call to ask why your trash is still outside, they will give you every excuse on why they haven’t picked up your trash and promise you that this was a one time thing. When in all reality it’s happening at least 2-3 a month and that’s inexcusable. Unprofessional & Unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend these services to anyone

Aggressive Waste has provided reliable and affordable service for the last 2 years. The gentleman that pick up our waste always take the time to wave to my kids and place the cans neatly where they belong. The few times Ive needed to call the office regarding scheduling or billing, the staff has been friendly and helpful.

Unreliable service, never know if they are actually picking up on a given day. I called yesterday to confirm they were coming, this was at 430 and was told yes, so I left trash out. Of course they never came, raccoons got into trash again and I have to clean it up. Have no clue if they’re coming today, and of course the office is closed.Getting old, have used them for almost 3 months and service seems pretty much random and very late in the evening if they even come. Would not recommend and I’m changing service come Monday b

We have been customers since 2017. For the last year the service has been TERRIBLE! We pay for our trash to get picked up twice a week, and we are lucky if it gets picked up once a week. On top of not making the trip to my house, I was told this morning they are no longer issuing credits for services not rendered because it cuts into their profit. It must be nice to get paid for work not performed. We have been patient long enough. We will be switching companies next month. WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

These people dont pick up half the time and will fight you on refund of not picking up. Now they have canceled everyone living in New Caney and Porter area the day of pick up and saying we might get refund in 30 to 60 days. Sham on this place and poor mgt.

Their prices are comparable and they actually pick up your trash on sched. p-u days.

I originally gave a 5 start review but after the past 6 months and ultimately the email I received this morning stating they will no longer service my area effective immediately (this is 2 days after a scheduled trash pickup that didnt happen), I am drastically lowering my rating.There have been MANY missed trash days, and its impossible to get anyone on the phone to actually help you resolve an issue.Their workers on the truck were always super nice, but their office staff needs a huge improvement.I mean seriously, what kind of company leaves a customer waiting for a service, doesnt provide it for 2 days past the scheduled day, and then decides they wont service anymore (btw, Ive paid through the end of November and according to the email it will be 30-60 days for my refund!) Bad business practice. At least give your clients a month notice or something. Trash service isnt something that is easy to change with no notice!

Had to call weekly to ask if our trash would be picked up. Then bc they get new drivers and they cant corilate or trash can in our drive way to the address we had to paint our address on our can. Waited all day to have it picked up and still not picked up. Could be bc I called and cancelled my service and got a refund for the next 3 months I paid for. Not a happy customer.

They are cheaper than others in the area. We have never had issues with trash cans just thrown in street and they very regular with their schedule. Recommend!

Aggressive waste is so much cheaper than what we had previously. They dont raise their prices every billing cycle either. Their workers are very friendly. Ive never had any issues when I talk to someone on the phone. The men that come to the house are amazing as well. They dont leave the trash cans just thrown on the ground, they are careful with them. Most especially, they never leave a mess. I recommend them!

Worst service ever they always forget to pick up my trash. They have tried to say I never put my cans out and they may have been able to get away with that excuse during the summer vacation but its school time and Im up by 4am and my trash is out before 6am! I am not the only one they forgot to pick up! Worst service ever!**UPDATE**So I got a response as to only having two phone calls from me, well that is because I generally call before they close to make sure they would hit our area, 9 times out of 10 not leaving my information just confirming. Usually they’ve been coming after 7 pm, but today is August 3rd on a Friday and they never showed up to pick up my trash. So here comes the weekend and I have to have my trash out in the street the entire weekend until Tuesday rolls around again, that is embarrassing to me! I can’t call because they aren’t open on the weekends! I can’t do anything, but to sit here and wait till the next week! I’m getting so tired of paying for this crappy service!

Only been with this company for about 4 months and they have not picked up my trash 8 times now and counting. Every time I call them they give excuses like the truck broke down or the workers got over heated etc.. Once maybe twice is understandable but 8 times is ridiculous. They never pick up when they say they will if they pick up at all. When you call to complain the only person you can talk to is the secretary that has no answers. She always says that the operations manager will get in touch with you. That has happened one time in the 8 instances I have called this company and she only called then to acuse me of being rude to the secretary. Today is Wed 9-20-17. My trash has still not been picked up from 9-15-17 or 9-18-17. When I called again today (twice) I get the same truck broke down excuse and manager will call me back. Im holding my breath. Long story short, save your money, time, and frustration and go with a trash service that knows how to get the job done. This company does not. Absolutely Horrible service. I would give 0 stars if I couldPorter resident.

First day and already starting with excuses tuesday and Friday pick now they are saying could be Saturday my luck .trash out since 6 am route suppose to be 7am did not want to miss, now looks like saturday. Even if they tell you last pick up at 7pm I wont even trust them too late waiting on trash .

I am so glad that Aggressive Waste started servicing my area. All other services were charging THREE TIMES what Aggressive Waste charges. They always pick up on the days they are scheduled to, and their heavy trash charges are reasonable. Ive even had the guys wait for me to wheel my trashcan out if they pass by early in the morning and I havent gotten it out yet. Ive reccommended their services to many of my neighbors.
