Is not a bad place to work so long as you dont mind a lot of physical labor. Ive met a lot of great people who work here.

Great place to start if looking for a career in air cargo service. Great training on airport cargo and freight equipment and machinery. Friendly people.

Real busy place

The training is easy. A little fast paced. The safety instructor is so serious. Thr pay is decent and they have flexible hours.

I do not hate this place, I just never visit it. I do work at IAH.

Shabbily maintained

I worked for this company 3 years and it HAD potential to be great but they rather promote their friends than persons who are actually qualified. Ive heard they have gotten rid of alot of people that should have been fired, I guess thats a start. We had a hand full of workers that would bust their behinds to get them planes out on time and make sure the bags was on the flights, but received no credit. Swissport owe alot to James H and Primo, they were the best ramp manager and supervisor that Spirit contract ever had. Swissport itself is a good company, but IAH swissport is not and have alot of illegal things going on up there.

Worked there for a few days to recover and launch our aircraft while repairs are being done to the building at DFW. The personnel are friendly and helped when needed.

Never never never ship your pets on Swissport out of Houston, in the summer. No air conditioned holding space. Poor animals are kept outside in the Texas heat!!!
