Waste of time. We spent HOURS in communication with Camille and her husband Kyle. They were both aware of our living situation as storm Imelda flooded our home and cars, resulting in us needing a place to move ASAP. They gave us their word of being able to move into their home. We had money on hand. 5 minutes after leaving their home, they sent a TXT saying that our service animals were not welcome at their home because they may “BARK”, resulting in us not being able to move in. BOTH of them knew we had pets, yet never spoke about them not being welcome. After explaining how ILLEGAL it is to discriminate against service animals, they tried to cover their tracks by saying “there were other reasons why we cannot live at their home”. Kyle was very unprofessional in his communication as he never wanted to meet in person or talk on the phone. Camille would give us false information, Kyle would not acknowledge his wife’s words. No type of “customer satisfaction” was granted. Terrible! Don’t recommend working with them. If you do, only speak to Kyle as he is the shot caller and his wife has no say so. They give their homes to crazy tenants then complain when their houses get messed up. Sad!

BEWARE!!!! This company took advantage of a Senior Citizen on Social Security.This company forged my name and my ex-husbands on a loan modification document and submitted it to our mortgage company. Camille Davis and Larry Gates have entered into a lease on said property with an individual renter with a Power of Attorney that was forged and illegally notarized in my ex-husbands name and does not include my signature. This was procured by her partner Larry Gates of N & J Texan Properties, LLC with the help of his notary a Friend for 20 years.This company is making a monthly profit of over $650 a month with the forged Power of Attorney and an illegal lease with a renter. Camille Davis (Owner) of Dynamic Living Solutions, LLC, Larry Gates of N & J Texan Properties, LLC or Pamela Kolenda do not and have never had any right to our property since ALL the documents they used to execute anything with anyone were forgeries.

I had a very good experience working this this company. They were very reasonable with me through the entire process. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Very unprofessional and unreliable! They refused my service because I have a service animal.Also FYI for you future renters they have mice and other insects in their homes!!!!
