These guys are the best! I have been a client for 10+ years. Houston Fire handles my annual inspections and fire system service needs. I recently received notice from the Fire Marshal of work that needed to be done in order to be in full compliance with codes. I contacted Dean and he had material and a crew on site within 3 days. The crew was very professional and efficient and completed a large job in 1 1/2 days. Top-notch company and easy to do business with.

I am in the process of opening my business and the company responsible for the sprinkler and fire system, let the sprinkler part slip through their hands I contacted HFS in desperation and Vincent was up front and honest about how difficult it would be to get what I needed done in the timeframe that I needed for inspections. He jumped on my project right away, completed my drawings and had every thing ready to submit for the permit in 1 1/2 days! I was blessed to get the permit very quickly and he had guys working the following day after receiving the permit. The communication was unbeatable, they were always just a text away, they even responded on a holiday. I appreciate that they realized my urgency and jumped in with all they could to help me. The icing on the cake....... it was a couple thousand dollars cheaper than the first company. I would recommend Houston Fire and Security to anyone who wants to deal with an honest company that treats their customers like first-class!

Been waiting almost 3 weeks, never show up.I called Wednesday 17 about my fire sprinkler. You said gonna coming on friday, and on friday i call again because you not show up like you promised, and you said gonna come on monday . Same things happened. I called on monday and you said Tuesday . And I decided stop calling your company . Because i know you will never show up .

When My Wife and I decided to open a Preschool we took on a unique project that required a Special Company that understood our vision. We were converting a Farmhouse to a Preschool, but our number one concern was to make sure the Company that did the install worked around the character of the building and didn’t use a lot of conduit. We searched and reviewed several Companies but the genuine personality of the Representative Dean was what won us over in the end.We went with Houston Fire Security and we were so glad we did. They went above and beyond to accommodate the professional look on our high ceilings, and the attention to detail was superb. Today I went by Houston Fire and Security to get my fire extinguishers certified. The staff mad enough process quick and affordable. They saved me some gas and a trip to Lowes, because they sell fire extinguishers right there! Thanks guys!

Houston fire in security gave amazing service. I called them out for a fire alarm and fire extinguisher inspection. They were able to make it out the same day and do a fabulous job. They also told me that they could monitor my security system and their prices were very competitive. I ended up signing a monitoring contract for fire alarm, sprinkler and security. They were so amazing.

I called around 2-2:15p and a technician was here by 3p to provide install my fire extinguishers.
