Bad service. When they gave me the cell phone they gave it to me damaged from the bottom, they broke the phone with some kind of screwdriver where one of the screws goes. I was more focused checking the screen that I didnt realize at the time. They told me that the warranty would only be valid if I did not remove the plastic that protected the cell phone screen. And I left the protective plastic until I was sure that there was no problem with the screen, as soon as I took it off I realized that they left a mark or stain on the inside of the new screen and I was just thinking of going to claim the warranty and the screen was broke very easily. I do not know if it was because they gave me a cheaper price they installed a poor quality screen but I do not recommend it. The new screen was not of good quality and they damaged my phone.

Spent 200 dollars on a phone they said they fixed and it still doesnt work . After they said they changed parts out then tried to blame me for it not working. Phone still doesnt work after they worked on it the second time. Very disappointed very disrespectful people and could care less dont waste your time here!!!

I have visited this location several times. Every time they have worked on my or my sons’ phones, the work was successful and timely. They actually finished in less time than they quoted. This is THE place to go if you need your cellphone serviced.I don’t look to go anywhere else.

Went there when my iPhone X battery was swollen. Apple wanted to charge me for both the battery and a replacement screen. That would’ve been about $350. Gadget MD was able to replace the battery and use my old screen. It only cost me $70. Great work and my phone is working great!

Shueyb was the manager at Gadget MD today. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The tech that fixed my phone replaced my battery, replaced my screen shield and was fast. I just checked, and my battery is at 100% healthy. I’ve come to this place each time I have some kind of catastrophe with my devices and I’ve just gotten used to the kind of service these people provide. Horrible Dishonest Business ! Left my watch with them 2 months ago. They Broke my watch, which was a gifted to me. Continues to lie to customer claiming they ordered parts, but would not provide proof they actually ordered parts! Gives customer run-around, refuses to take responsibility. They wanted me to take my watch back in pieces and claim they are Helping me out !Run from this Business ! The young man at the counter is rude, interrupts you while you are talking, Talks over you ! My guess is they will never repair the watch, order parts and want me to go away ! Small Claims suit to follow !

Super helpful. Could not reset my phone and got a lesson on how to reset. Fixed my problem. In the past they my wife’s phone got wet and they were able to get us up and running in less than a day. They are also quick in replacing screens. I’m hard on equipment but defiantly would recommend any time.

Very unprofessional business practices. No expectation conversation, just given a upfront fee of the fix. No call to be made aware of additional charges from so call finds having nothing to do with original issue brought in for. When questioning manager about additional fees, he became very hostile and treated the remaining dialogue very unprofessional. Over priced for the fix. Will seek competitor for future service.

I had a cracked screen, and broken speaker. They fixed it for a great price for $100 both for the screen and speaker. I do recommend going to Gadet MD.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Gadget MD located at 19763 US-59, Humble, TX 77338. I got my screen repaired within a month I started having a ghost touch problem where my phone had a mind of its own. I didnt understand what was going thinking it was a setting issue, but it was not. After researching a Ghost Touch I became aware that the only thing that would cause it is if a screen that was either improperly placed or if non-manufacturer parts were used to replace it or refurbished parts. I went to Apple and they concluded the same and said that b/c I had taken it to a third part repair shop I had voided all warranties. They said the only people who could repair were the ones who supposedly fixed it initially so I went back to Gadget MD and the owner refused to do it without charging me yet again. He said that obviously I had dropped it again and that now it needed fixing again. I told him no it was the ghost touch issue that only happened after your company replaced the screen. He said that couldnt be it and he would only fix it if I paid again. I was so upset and tried to reason with him. He kept saying that I must have dropped it again which was obviously not the case b/c the screen was in tact. He also admitted that he only used refurbished parts. Please save yourself the headache and if you have a shattered screen or problems with your gadgets go to the manufacturer and avoid getting ripped off by Gadget MD!!!

He paid $92 and it lasted a day or so, he is a trucker and went back out on the road and the repair did not work, We cancelled the payment via BoA and today they said we cant collect. So now we have a useless tablet and paid $92 for nothing we are fuming mad. Just a warning

Horrible service.1. Was told it’d be about 20-30 minutes. They asked for another number to call when ready. I specified I’d like for them to call me to tell me what the quote would be before the service.2. 1hr and 32 min later I never received a call. I called the number online. They told me their “systems were down”. I asked to be connected to the store I dropped my phone off at, they said unfortunately they don’t have access to that. What an inconvenience to have no way to communicate with the place of business you’ve left your belongings at.3. Told me to call back in 5 minutes for an update. Did so. The call center rep gave me the quote. I asked if the store had already done the repair or if they were waiting for my okay. The rep said “you could drive up and see...”.4. After almost 2 hours of dropping off my phone, I drove up and the store employee had done the repair already. Completely ignored my request to give me a quote first. He said “sorry my system has been down for the last 3 hours. Did the call center rep tell you we’re only taking cash?” I said no. I did not have cash. I asked him why HE didn’t tell me they were only taking cash since I dropped my phone off during that “3 hr system failure”, he didn’t give me an answer. He told me I could go to an atm (which meant I had to pay an atm fee on top of the quote for the repair) .This employee was not apologetic and a bad representation of the company. It made NO sense for him to ask for a number to call me when my phone/quote was ready if his “system was down” and he could not make calls before I even walked in in the first place. If the repair hadn’t been done yet I would’ve taken my phone and left. Will never recommend this place to anyone.Will be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau.

I had taken my iPad for service they told me they would have it ready in 2 days day 2 came and they said still not ready. I left it for a whole week and still nothing so I just went and picked it up and they had messed it up more then what it was so they are unprofessional and charge you for something they messed up even more so I recommend finding another place to take your business if you want it to be done right

Took phone in for Will not charge because battery temp is to low (Which according to several youtube videos has nothing to do with the battery). Was told it would be a $40 diagnostic fee which would be applied to repair cost if I get it fixed. Fine. Tech said its the battery. Ordered battery. Brought in late that evening. Battery did not work. Ordered second battery. Brought in next day, got battery installed. Everything seemed to be good. Left, drove halfway downtown and needed to make call. Phone had no signal. Returned back to store. Tech forgot to put SIM card back in. Put card back in. Phone no longer can make calls. At this point, I decide to take it to sprint (Tmobile now) to see if they can look at it thinking they would just put a new sim card in and were good to go. On the way to the store, the original wont charge problem came back. I returned to the store to just return the battery and decide to send it in for a warranty replacement. Tech tells me he cant give me a full refund because the battery had been activated and they cant return them. Then he decided he couldnt give me a full refund because some of the cost was labor (Invoice does not show price of battery or labor as it should.) I said I understood paying the original diagnostic fee because that is what I agreed to. Nope. He would only refund me $60 of the $125 spent. I asked for the information of the person in charge and was told i was dealing with the manager. I asked for the owners information and was told they wouldnt do anything differently.So... here we are and you get a 1 star and never will I do business with your establishment again. So much that could have been handled better in that process to remove the issues in advance.1) Your invoice should show both labor and materials cost not just one general price, ESPECIALLY if some of those are non refundable.2) If there is a None-refundable labor Fee for installing a battery that doesnt solve the problem, let the customer know BEFORE you do the job.

The manager of the Humble Location is top customer service! I went to 4 other places to get my phone fix and I was either getting bad prices or long wait times for repair. The manager at the Humble location not only honored a price I was previously given but had it fix within 15mins!! More businesses should take tips from him on how to treat customers!

It was my first time going there to have my phone repaired. The youngman behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable and oh so friendly. Im of age so my knowledge of broken cell phones and tablets doesnt exist. The youngman explained in detail exactly was he was going to do to make all of the repairs. It didnt take him long to complete the job at hand. I havent had any problems since my merchandise was repaired.

I took my phone to get fixed there and brought my own screen so it would be cheaper and they They said they couldn’t use the brand new screen I bought because it was broke it was never broke still I’m package when I brought it and so they broke it then disabled my phone and said I can pay another 50$ to fix it when there was no way for me to disable it because I couldn’t touch the screen so I paid 200$ for a phone I can’t use

Went to get my LgV30 back cover replaced. I bought the part online but didnt know how to install it on my own. Got screen fixed for a reasonable price; however, 2 days later the screen cracked on me. I handled the phone with caution and ensured not to drop it. I took the phone in to get repaired according to the warrantee only to be told by the manager that they would not fix the phone. He was quick to point out I dropped it again when I didnt. Reported to BBB and never got a response.Seems like they dont care about customer service.
