Not sure who everyone else dealt with but my experience was not good with this company. I scheduled a carpet cleaning with them today between the hours of 1p - 3p. After not receiving a call from the technician by 3:15p I called them to see if they were still coming. The first time I called a young lady answered and she said she would contact the tech and her boss and I should hear back. I waited another hour and called back. No one answered when I called then I called again and someone hung up on me. I called right back then I was put on hold and someone finally answered. I asked the guy about my appointment for today and he told me that his technician was running behind but he will be here today and that he would call the tech to get an ETA. That was at 4:15p and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Also to make things worse I took off from work today to be here for them to get into my house so now Ive lost hours of my annual leave. This company is very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone. I never leave reviews but I had to leave one for the experience I had with them.

I have a sectional sofa with a chaise lounge that now looks like brand new after the deep cleaning. They also cleaned 2 of my rugs all within 2 hours, and they did a great job. I highly recommend their services.

I gave this company a call because I was looking for air duct cleaning. The one I spoke to let me know they didnt do this service, but instead of leaving it at that he was still willing to stay on the phone with me and gave me his honest recommendations. He let me know to stick with the larger companies that are more reputable and he warned me of ways that smaller companies can rip you off! This extra time spent giving his genuine advice didnt profit him at all, but he was willing to help me out! I havent had any services done by them, but these are the kind of quality guys you will be dealing with and I will definitely be coming to them when I require one of their services.

On time, thorough and competitively priced! Our dryer exhaust leads to the second floor of our house, but this didnt pose a problem at all for this company. Will definitely use again in the future.
