Used to love getting our vacation rentals here, but something has definitely changed. Now the people are rude and theyve tacked on numerous extra fees that I know we didnt incur. Automatically charged or credit card and couldnt even get answers from them as to why. Unreal how companies try to get you these days and this place is no exception.

The budget in humble texas was rude to me. The woman had no business being in customer service. Hateful and rude

Now putting a deposit hold on credit cards. When I attempted to extend my rental by modification using the email sent to me by budget the process didnt work. I called and spoke with someone about extension and still got slapped with a $118 extension fee.

Even though the system was down it was still a good experience

I love getting cars here. Staff is amazing and they always get everything in order and quick. Prices here are better than the ones at the airport.

Please read all the fine print before booking. 10/10 will never recommend. We were able to reserve online- no biggie, we have booked online before with another company. 2 weeks ahead of our trip, thought everything was good. The day of our trip we head to go get it & they tell us they ran a credit check and we cannot get the rental. Firstly, what rental company runs a credit check? Secondly- this couldn’t have been told in advance so we can make other plans?? It’s all GRAVY though- there’s an enterprise on the other side of the road that was able to get us in a car literally in 15 mins & they don’t do credit checks and didn’t know checking credit was a thing that car rental companies did 😂

[ZERO STARTS!!!]. DO NOT USE! Thieves!They will Rob you and charge you with False claims!Rented a vehicle from them in May, they wanted more for the insurance per day than what they vehicle was, turned it down.So they decide to hit us with False damages and a repair bill months later!Vehicle was turned in to the location in Perfect conditions, now they are saying it was vandalized and had stolen parts! Really???? And they of course automatically charge my credit card for these damages! (Not making this up, I would have reported it to my insurance if we really did mess up the car and pay the small deductible not this made up amount they are charging) but I know for a fact our vehicle was in PERFECT condition when turned in.This is not the first time they do it to some one but I will take this up higher and if they don’t make it right I’ll make sure they shut them down!

Prepaid for a rental and was advised I would get 30% off. Well that 30% is apparently the advertised price and not an addition 30% if you prepaid. So no worries, ill cancel my reservation with in 30 minutes of making it. They charged a $50 cancelation fee for a reservation made less than 30 minutes before

Such a great experience! I rent once a month, sometimes more and normally went through Hertz in Humble. However, they started raising their prices, the once nice reps became rude, overall it was becoming a bad experience. What used to take a few minutes turned into an hour wait time (that was with reservations). I went with Budget for location and price. Im so happy that I started using them! Awesome experience, super nice ladies (weekend shift maybe), easy & fast pickup, great location, easy & convenient drop off. I was so impressed that I reserved again 2 weeks later for my trip. I will recommend this location to anyone needing a rental.

The staff always provide excellent customer service. They know me by name when I come in to pickup a rental. I prefer to make my reservation online and pay in advance. Its faster and plus you receive a discount.

Had to go out of town for a funeral this past weekend. I contacted Budget for a vehicle and got the best rate for a full size car. Was offered things I may need on the trip, and was treated really well. The return of the car was even nicer, did not need to take to airport because it was closed when I returned.

They were very nice, professional and service was great. Renting was a breeze, in and out. I will go to this location whenever we need a rental. Great job👍😍

I was greeted with a smile by the staff at the front desk. She was very helpful and paying attention to my question and needs. The vehicle i got looks clean from inside and out. I would recommend this location anyone needing a rental for leisure/ personal needs. Location is about 20 mins east of the IAH airport.

I rented from the location in Humble and dropped off at Hobby Airport. Had good service at each, but prices couldve been better.

Convenient neighborhood car rental location for Budget & Avis. Friendly, professional service. Located on very busy FM1960; small lot gets crowded at times & can be a challenge getting in & out of lot during peak traffic times on FM1960.

The staff at the location were great. However, the actual company ruined a two weeks vacation that included an autistic six-year-old seeing Nana who has not been doing well, in addition to a series of museums there were planned. My boyfriend flew in from California and was so excited to take my son and I too see my mother. However, after prepaying for the vehicle an being told he would get it...they denied his credit check due to a less than perfect score, and did not give him the vehicle. Our vacation plans have had to be changed, and Ive got a very upset little boy and his Nana to try and reassure that they will see each other. Theyve also been slow in beginning the refund process, delaying our attempt to find an alternative vehicle. The staff at the location were friendly and sweet and compassionate. But the overall company is a major disappointment.

Unable to find a rental car in spring area after harvey hit us really bad, so had to go to this place. I rented car for 1 week and added liability insurance $16 per day. After couple of days I extended car rental for 1 more week with customer service on phone and mentioned him to remove liability insurance for the 2nd week of rental as I have my own insurance. he said that can be done and renewed car rental. when I went to this location to return my car they charged liability insurance for 2nd week also. poor customer service and not answered properly why they charged for 2nd week. shame on budget rentals for this kind of practices. banning budget car rental for life long.Updated(09/23/17): I called the billing department as per the owners response below. They started lying about me calling them and asking them to remove the second week liability insurance. If I didnt call them how did I renewed the rental car for second week?. I never experienced this kind of car rental experience in last 15 years. I am harvey victim and during these kind of times they expect me to come to their car rental center and renew the contract. What a shame?

No shuttle. The car was out of washer fluid, and they filled up after I asked. It wasnt cleaned very well. I wouldnt use this location again but the airport was out of cars.

Customer service is TERRIBLE! Place is dirty and cluttered. Got screwed on a rental, but I reckon thats what I get for paying in full before I get there.

Total waste of time and money. Not only did I pay up front before even walking in the door I somehow still couldnt rent the car. Was forced to cancel the reservation and they kept $150. Do yourself a favor and go to Enterprise!
