This shop is actually called Crank it up, located at 13911 Eastex Fwy Houston, Tx 77032. If I could rate it being negative 5 stars I would. I had my pickup towed into their shop, because the oil pump went out. The man in charge name Joe told me that I would have 3 month warranty if I had the work done in the shop, or only a 30 day warranty if the job was done in my driveway. My pickup was towed in on July 3rd 2017, and since the next day was a holiday, the shop was not opened, July 5th they worked on my pickup and said it was finished. A couple days later I started hearing a squeaking noise and since I had to work, I could not bring it back. On July 11th 2017 not even a full week, I noticed it was leaking oil and that my belt was shredded up. So I called and talked to Joe and he said to bring it back in and that his mechanic Donny would look at. Donny looked at it and said yes it is leaking from the front crank seal. He called Joe and Joe did not want to talk to me over the phone, about, but told Donny that I would have to pay $200 for labor, plus parts. I knew that wasnt right because when changing the oil pump and that the pulleys and belt has to come off. So I knew something wasnt right. So after I said I was going to talk to my attorney, thats when Joe decided to call me and said he would wave the labor fees, but I would have to pay for the parts. That still isnt right because the parts should have been replaced in the first place. So I brought it in, and they said they fixed it. The mechanic Donny personally said he was sorry that it wasnt tight enough so the front crank seal wasnt all the way flush, so it caused my pulley to be off center, and caused the belt to shred. Joe and Donny swore up and down the my pickup was fixed. Now it is July 18th 2017 and I started hearing a clacking noise coming from under the hood. I looked to see what the noise is, it is the belt that shredded up and I also noticed that there are oil spots in the driveway now and when I looked under the front of my my pickup, I can see where it is still leaking oil. So I called Joe and explained to him and told him what was going on, and he said it is not under warranty, and that I can bring it in and he would charge me for fixing it. I told him I still have my paperwork showing it is under warranty and I told him that Donny said the pulley, then Joe hung up on me. My suggestion is do not use this place, all they will do is take your money and not do the job right and expect you to pay more money for them to play around with it.
