Everyone was very professional.. Attendant greeted me as soon as I walked in the door… An the massage therapist Fatima asked and worked on my very needed areas including the rest of my body.. I would recommend Massage Envy!!

Cindy does a wonderful job. She works with you one on one by recommending products that help with the facials she does. She is very kind and does amazing facials. I first went there and had a lot to work on my face and now it cleared up a lot. So if your looking for a place to go I recommend massage envy.

The message went well. She did a great job but I don’t like how the business is run. I signed up on line for $60 and when I confirmed appointment time, it changed to $120. I thought I hit a button wrong but this was actual charge. If I joined, then it would be less but was a program hard to get out of.

Gave as a gift to my wife and now shes hooked. Bought the membership. She really enjoyed the refreshing relaxing massage. Great Staff also. Thank you all so much. God bless you all. 🙏

I’ve been a member since 2008. Hated to leave the Galleria location and my massage therapist, Kim . But since my move, I have found a new massage home at the Atascocita location. Friendly and courteous staff. I tried out several therapists. They were all great. I’ve seen Charles (Chaz) for my last several sessions and he definitely has been working wonders with my spine & overall muscle aches and pains! He always asks about my pain before he begins, during and after the session. Total communication!

I always get a massage there and it is amazing. There is a black female, I can’t remember her name but she is the best hands down. Patient, can do all types of massages and truly you can tell she loves what she does. Appointment scheduling is fairly easy. I use to get facials from Monica but she Recently left which is heart breaking. Overall a great facility!!!!!! And experience

Good deep tissue massage therapists have been hard for me to find over the years, Dee was absolutely one of the best that I’ve found. I highly recommend her if you are an athlete in need of deep tissue massages or if you just like firm pressure - she’s the one to ask for.

Michael has a deep understanding of the layers of muscles in the body. He has great techniques for working out knots and tight muscles in the lower back, hips and shoulders. He is a kind young man and an amazing therapist!

Ahhhhh! Thats all I have to say. Masseuse Michael did an amazing job on my full body. Lauren was very informative and respectful for my wishes. I am a member now and cant wait to go back.

Kshondra is an awesome person and therapist. She is chatty when I need her to and quiet when I need it. I like talking and she is a very interesting person. I have enjoyed getting to know her some. And totally magic hands!!

From the moment I walked in, the staff (Lindsey, Kayla and Mikey) were very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. I purchased a year long membership, they were very helpful. My first massage was fantastic, the therapist (Diona) really listened to my needs about areas of focus, firmness of touch, etc. She met all my needs perfectly. So happy to be a member here!

Very professional and kind staff. All of my massages were done by Misty, and she was the best! I moved states, so I am definitely going to miss this location, but I encourage everyone else to go.

My daughter and I have had 2 sessions and they were more than accommodating to her as a minor. The therapist was attentive and soft with her.

Massage with Fatima was great. There was a slight mix up with another client’s appointment, whereby my appointment was bumped for as the other client has the same first name. Front desk was apologetic and accommodating so I called it good. I’ll be back.

Been a member with massage envy in the past and never really had a therapist who could just nail it to the T, well I’m giving massage envy another try and here at this location from day one the staff has been very polite and helpful, and too my therapist I chose “Chris” two words! The Bomb 💣 both times she nailed it with Deep Tissue massage, I have never known what it felt like to wake up without back pain well this morning I woke up without back pain!

This location is the best! Always friendly and willing to help!!

Dont bother coming here if you want a good massage. If you want to be poked at for an hour and a half, then this is the place. He spent more time on my arm pit than any of my body. Spent $150 and even told the manager how bad it was. Still charged, no credit, no nothing... Other than Im sorry and Ill speak to him. HORRIBLE!!!!

First time here at Massage Envy. I received a transfer hour from a family member and put it to some use. This was actually my first ever professional massage and all I can say is I LOVED IT!! I loved how Victor gave me a tour of the rooms and explained to me pretty much everything down to the details. He was very informative and very welcoming. And it couldn’t get any better until Cassandra (my massage therapist) was so gentle but yet firm with the massage, and I loved that! I was honestly scared to get a massage therapist that would torture me since like I mentioned before, it was the very first time I received a professional massage. Cassandra was amazing. Will be coming back soon for my next massage and I highly recommend this place!

Would not recommend!! We reserved a massage and gave them a credit card to hold our spot and was told that if we did not show we would be charged anyway. Well we showed on time which takes us 40 minutes to get there and find out they canceled our appointment and did not call to let us know... Hum but I guess thats ok for them to do.. At least they did say I am sorry.

Paid 126 for two deep tissue massages neither massage therapist asked how the pressure was.Both my boyfriend and I asked for more pressure and neither applied more pressure. They only massaged for 45 min not the full 60. I am not impressed at all they did not use any sented oils and the gel they used was terrible. Worst money I have ever spent my 4 year old could have done a better job.

I paid for an hour massage and got maybe 40 min. I was scheduled for an appointment at 12, they were 10 minutes late to bring me back. The massage didnt even start until 12:15 then they ended at 12:55. What a rip off! Shouldve just paid for a 30 minute massage!!!

They DO NOT allow u to cancel when u ask. All they do is refer u to multiple people and keep u running around. They say they have reps who are properly trained but they want to make sales so badly that the reps lie to u to get u trapped in a contract The managers do NOT have any empathy in regards to financial situations. Basically just get the massage and LEAVE!!! U HAVE BEEN WARNED

Ive been coming for about 6 months now and never had a problem getting an appointment. The therapists are professional and most do a great job. Ive had a mediocre massage now and then, but I was too shy to ask them to increase the pressure, so Id say it was mostly my fault. During my pregnancy theyve done a wonderful job keeping back pain at bay!

Juan is very thorough. The 1 1/2 hr hot stone session is delightful. As well as the 1hr. They both help my poor circulation. I respect their work.

Absolutely the worst membership Ive ever agreed to. Never any openings, high turnover rate on therapists. Do not buy into the membership. Pay as you go, if anything. I am now 9 massages to my credit, but I cant ever get in. If I cancel, I lose all of them. I cant give them as a gift to anyone, even though Ive already paid for them. Just a bad experience all the way around.

Wannna ruin a good bday surprise? Book a couples massage with these idiots. They will call your spouse to confirm the appointment.... not you, the one who made the appointment. And they dont care bc its policy to just choose a number to call... yet their policy magically changed several times while on the phone with them. Oh and they dont really care about loosing customers either. Ill never go back. Taking my business elsewhere.

OMG! I am livid! So I had a membership at Massage Envy - Atascocita that I canceled at the beginning of the year (when you have a membership they bill you monthly for massages and you can accumulate them if not used) However, when you cancel your membership they EXPIRE! They are not coupons or free offers. They are massages YOU have PAID for! I tried to make an appointment today (March 6). They informed me my credit expired on March 4!Terrible business practices. They will lose more than 59.00 from me and my friends at this point. No more Christmas Gift cards folks!

Massages are ok but try to cancel the contract and their procedures are terrible. One must go there in person to cancel, so my pregnant wife had to drive there and explain how she no longer wishes to get massages while she is pregnant and we are moving so please cancel. Their response was to ask for our new address....and the tone and insistance was ridiculous. Well lady we dont have a new address yet...work is moving me and will get me a home soon....and frankly what difference does it make....so get of our back.Next we get the excuse that the manager is not around so they cant cancel....who cares!!! My wife signed the required document and explained that she showed up as requested and cancelled so there should not be a charge for the following month. What do I see today on my credit card?? A charge from them of course. Perhaps if they treated their clients better we would have considered rejoining if we return to this area...but not now.

Recently had what was supposed to be a 50 min massage, it only ended up being 35 mins plus the therapist Maribel was extremely rude, making very unprofessional comments...(I regret leaving her even a small tip) When I advised checkout personnel of my reduced time, all they did was give me a paper card for aroma therapy...Since I will not be going back there, the aroma therapy is of no use to me!..Also do not like their high-pressure tactics for trying to get you to buy a membership package, which after reading some of the thousands of negative reviews, as well as the many class-action lawsuits brought against Massage Envy, I am glad I declined!...Read the reviews before you give them any money!...
