It was my first time here and it really isn’t the best. I came in with powdered gel on my nails and they said I would have to pay to remove it. The removal is completely drill based (no pre acetone soak). Not only that but they charged me an extra $5 for a “gel coat” on powder that I didn’t even ask for. I told the receptionist that I only wanted powder, not gel, yet they told me I had to pay the extra $5 and told me “it’s going to last longer.” 2 weeks to be exact. However 4 days later “the gel top coat” IS ALREADY COMING OFF on both hands.Not only that but the drill shaved off most of my nail (it actually started hurting at one point). One of my nails actually chipped and detached from the powder 2 days later.It’s a quiet and clean location so no complaints on that, but I get better quality (and for a better price) elsewhere.

Just moved back to palmas and wanted to get my hair done with my mom and sister. I called this place to ask for pricing and services. A man answered and was very rude to begin with he also hung up on me for no reason. I called back to ask why he hung up and he said “well im going to hang up on you twice”. Was really looking forward to going there especially because its in palmas, but unfortunately i had a terrible experience with costumer service through the phone, i dont want to risk it.

Jannette is an Artist! I NEEDED my hair renewed with cut and color and a Pedicure. She has an eye for detail and each treatment was impressive. I am so blessed to have found her!!! Whatever she does is done right! Schedule an appoint today if you need to be refreshed.

I was skeptical of having my hair done (cut & color) since moving to PR but I knew I had to find someone unless I would fly home to Minnesota every couple months. The time and attention to detail from the consult to rebooking was appreciated even if we had a slight language barrier. Jeanette is a gem! Ive never had a manicure last 4 weeks but I do with her detailed work! Its a real treat to come here and I highly recommend it; you will get the royal treatment!

Beautiful ambience wonderful treat from the owners and the employers. Good treat in your feet nails and hair also massage. Foot Spa. Great place.

My nail technician was excellent. Is a shame that the place is too expensive.

Expensive but EXCELLENT service. Waleska was great! Very professional. A lot of times when I go do my hair, the hair dressers are more worried about whats going on with their phones and in the salon but Waleska was very focused on what she was doing with my hair, and I LOVED my final result. I definetly recommend Aracelis Salon if you are looking for a salon that will give you the results you are paying for!
