Sporadic service for the past 2-3 weeks, 40-50% packet loss, speeds below 1Mbps. Two service calls later and 3 antennas changed but still no improvement. Customer service is useless - they ask you what package you have, what your speeds should be, etc. They have no idea. Waiting for another service call is over 10 days. Can’t even load a basic webpage.Update March 2021 - I feel that an update is required after a few years of service: upgraded from 2 stars to 4 stars - much better reliability overall, quick recovery if the service goes down, customer service has improved and we noticed a significant effort towards reliability and customer satisfaction. We have the highest speeds they offer and I would pay more for even better speeds.

Good internet service in San Lorenzo, I have the 10/30 plan and they reach me consistently. In my experience the customer service has been very good (they follow up on the cases) and the technicians solve when I have needed it. Ive been with them for about a year.
I called for a new service and they attended to me I give you my address and I send you my pin they call me that if there is coverage and full contract they do not call me when I call that they do not take installation in public housing if I give you an address you know what is me You say that yes, afterwards, they do not accept installation, there are bad services 😷
In the same way that you can write terrible things from somewhere. You can also take the time and write great things. I am not complaining very good attentive service and every time I have had to call they resolve me instantly. Affordable price and speed on all equipment. I do not regret the change.
They do not give the megabytes that they offer you in the packages, they should take action since their service is terrible
OSNET, it is the worst that can exist they do not give you the service that is, the lousy customer service, their technical support is not useful and to solve something they take time, and they have the conchudez to charge you ... be careful because according to them they say that The speed they offer arrives but it is not real, and because they charge you so they do not have good coverage they install it without guiding you at all .... a bad experience I do not recommend.
Horrible company. I spoke with 3 representatives and they all gave me false information. I go back and call to speak with a supervisor and they ended up with me. The reviews here are not good and they are right. It is better to pay a little more and do business with a company with good reputation and better customer service.
Ive been waiting for a month for a technician to send me, or give me an appointment and I have not received any answers. I am thinking of canceling the service after the hurricane this is not the same.
