Ive been working with Stacy for over a week now! A little over a year ago she sold me my phone and its been dropping calls. I came in she got me a warranty sent out and today she got everything back up for me and even got my hearaids set back up. Pleased experience whenever I come here

Awesome Customer Service. Miguel Garrett and Gregory Chubb helped me and went above and beyond for me. I was there longer than expected due to a technological issue and they both stayed with me and made sure I was taken care of. Keep these guys around and they will not only make your customers happy, but they will make your business prosperous. As a person in the retail industry I can tell you that good salespeople are hard to come by, take care of them and they will take care of you. Thanks Guys!

Ive been told for years they was going to put a tower in our neighborhood but no has it happened so I had to quit them no reception in Pleasant Grove or Sylvan Springs

Calvin was an exceptional salesman. The main thing that everyone should know about him is that he genuinely cares about each customer. I wasnt treated like a customer, but like family. He made sure I understood everything I was signing up for without any secrets or hidden fees, which is extremely hard to come by these days. If you are in need of a new phone or new phone plan, this is the man to see I 100% recommend him!

I came into the Hueytown Cellular Sales store with problems with my phone locking me out and we had to reset it. Adam worked very hard for over an hour and got everything back onto it. He was professional and kind as were his coworkers. Im leaving happy and plan to come back to this store if i have any problems or to upgrade my phone!

I was a loyal and faithful customer to AT&T until I started having phone issues. They put me through so much agony and each time sending me to a different department. I finally went in to their store only to find out the stores only purpose is to sell you more AT&T products. The manager was too busy to help me when the employee could not. The point here is there were no other customers and I was on hour number three. The employee even told her about my phone problems. I asked about getting a battery and was told he knew nothing about getting a battery for my phone (same answer customer service gave me). I left exhausted and confused. Called customer service again (now in the second week of AT&T pain) I just wanted to replace the same phone Samsung 6 active. Their answer we dont have those anymore. Okay, then next one up will be fine. No, can not do that one either they do not have those. This went on until yet again, we can get you the Samsung 10 and it will cost you retail price. I have had spotty service with the phone, phone issues, continued dropped calls and the worst 2 weeks of my life dealing with them. It was time to take my hard earned money to a much better company. I was battle torn when I walked in to the Hueytown Alabama store and was immediately greeted by Matt. Wow! What a difference in customer service. He was above and beyond in every way. He listened and went in to action. I left one hour later with my new phone that was up and running with all of the things I needed up and running. Yes, he did that. His knowledge was a breath of fresh air. His personality was first class.I love the fact their store is for all things Verizon and not just selling phones. Consumers will always buy the phones but only with a company that wants their business and has made the choice to include good customer service. I am so happy with Verizon and believe that they have a real gem with Matt. You see, a company is only as good as the people they have representing them. Good job on that Verizon. Because of Matt I rate you above and beyond five stars.

I have been a Verizon customer for 17 years and customer service and reliability are the main reasons. I worked with Trina In Hueytown, Al and she was able to get me a tablet and 2 phones at a great price and my contract wasnt up yet. They are the best!

Absolutely terrible experience!!! Salesperson Brad is either totally incompetent or has a real aversion to the truth, and manager Calvin did nothing to remedy his employees mistakes but left us holding the bag in this one. We are now saddled with $880 worth of phones we didnt really need, but were persuaded to buy for service that does not work as promised. Does not return calls or keep promises. Ive been a longtime Verizon customer, but Cellular Sales has totally trashed my faith in them. Too bad they dont offer a -5 star review; they worked very hard to earn that one. Avoid at all costs would be my advice.

I broke my old phone and had to have a replacement sent out to me. I brought it in today and the rep moved everything over for me no issue! She even reset my passwords for me and had me up and running in no time! Only wish they had accessories for my phone.

Not really a part of Verizon self owned chain so they cant offer good deals on phones like a Verizon owned store not very helpful after they couldnt give discounts on phones like over the internet nor at a real Verizon store

Usually a pleasant experience, although when we upgraded our phones the sales person told us he was waiving the activation fees, and we later found out they were non existent..I guess it felt good at the time to feel like we were getting something deducted off of a 1000$+ purchase.

I think this store is a GREAT store the staff is the best ones yet. I have been with Verizon for about 8 yrs.

I came into the store to get my mom a phone back in December. It started giving her problems last week so we brought it back into the store. Several employees helped us get the problem solved. Thank God for people who know what they are doing and are kind and patient with a generation who isnt up to date with technology. If you havent been here yet you should make it a point. They will do whatever they can to help you.

This is my go to shop when I have any phone needs I wouldnt want to shop at any other store or carrier this service is the best Ive ever had, all visits when I have phone trouble always had lots of help from this staff, they swapped me to unlimited and Ive loved the changed and I can watch videos and music with no issues anymore.
