I want to thank Ms Belinda and the young men who helped me on yesterday to re-tape, and re-label a very large box. I wasn’t really making a purchase, but I took up some busy time. They were busy as they usually are, but they were pleasantly and promptly taking care of the customers. I don’t have to use UPS store services often, but when I do I definitely use my local neighborhood store. Ms Belinda and her staff are Awesome 👍

I came in on January 30, 2021 because I had to return a package to Amazon. The staff are always nice & very respectful but yesterday there were new faces. The young lady named Kaylin was so very sweet. She helped me with my situation while also conversing with me about the return. She was complimentary, and she also provided information about other services that I had no idea UPS offered! It is always great to feel as if the person working with you truly cares about your situation! She’s awesome! A simple interaction made the whole process smooth.

I have never had a problem with UPS. They always provide good service to me!

Went in too ship a bat was told they could not insure the bat in the box THEY PROVIDED. Then was told they did not have a box to even ship it in . Sorry customers hassel you when they walk in to ship items and you can not sent on the computer all day. I ship hundreds of dollars in bats weekly and i will never ship from this location again.

This store has some of the nicest employees Ive ever met at a store outside of Publix or Chicfila. Theyre always so helpful and courteous.

I am so pleased with my banner and yard sign for my sons birthday! The associates were amazing! They created and printed my prints SAME DAY! Very professional and extremely affordable. Will definitely be a returning customer! Belinda and her team ROCKS!

Working with Belinda and her team was amazing. They design and produce the banners for my company billboards. The quality was one of a kind.

They close at 6:30 and I arrived at 5:45 but it was “too late” to send anything because they told me they already shut the registers down for the night! So annoying. Why not Keep the registers open until you actually close down the store!?! They were just trying to rush home but definitely bad business.

I have been to several UPS stores around Birmingham over the years but this is the most friendly and efficient UPS store in the ham. They bend over backwards to help you and do it with a smile. Some of the best employees I have ever encountered.

Ive shipped more than 20 packages from this store and has served my eBay business well. Belinda has always been up front with me and many of the other customers. This UPS store wont prove anybody wrong! A+ all the time!

This location is Great!! I needed a print job (funeral programs) printed at the last minute, im talking less than 24 hours before the services and the associates at this store were so nice, kind and very efficient. My print job was ready within an hour of me requesting it to be done! Ive had other experiences with them as well and they always come through in a timely manner no matter how late I get something to them!!! I have actually called and left a message (after hours mind you) and the owner herself returned my call after hours to see to my printing needs!! I have never seen such great customer service anywhere else. So, if youre in the area and need any printing done I suggest you check them out they are AWESOME!!!!

Belinda was amazing. Immediately helpful when the in-store computer didnt like my USB drive. Worked with me to help get my page printed, scanned and emailed back to me. Pleasant Grove/Hueytown area needed such an establishment. Excellent customer service is more valuable to me than anything. From the time I walked in the store, until I left, the staff went above and beyond with quality service. Great job!!!

****BEWARE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE**** I have an issue with the owner of Store 6511, Belinda Lyons. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and failed to give me what I paid for. I ordered 150 copies, front & back, on gloss paper, printed in color, and trifold. I will attach pictures of what I received which was embarrassing and unacceptable on all levels. The employee I spoke with Saturday morning after the mistakes was discovered told me that the trifold machine started to act up so the ones that were folded incorrectly were done by the machine and the others that were correct were hand folded. That excuse was no acceptable if the machine had failed and they were not appropriate they should have never left the store. Instead the defective programs were placed in the middle, packaged, and they allowed me to pick them up as if they all were correct. Along with the trifold being off there were other creases, bends, and ink marks that should not have been. Belinda would not reprint them and have them delivered to me before the wedding started this past Saturday June 8th by 3pm. She basically argued with me as if it was my fault. I have requested my money $107. 25 back and she told me she will inconvenience me by having me dispute the charges with my bank. I wanted to make everyone aware and not to visit this establishment as they will take your money and not feel they are responsible for their mistakes!
