When in for a cut and style last week and brought 2 pictures of the short style that I could manage and I loved. The cut I left with was NOTHING even close to what I had asked for and was in fact Sloppy . Called the shop the next day and spoke with EMMA who had me come right in. Emma gave me the EXACT CUT that I showed her I wanted and it was PERFECT. She was fast as well as so pleasant. Since my stylist left Hudson I now I have a stylist who I can count on again. SHE DEFINITELY CARES ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION WITH HER WORK. THANK YOU EMMA.

My hair was in my opinion a disaster, I went in last week and they matched my roots and told me to come back for a foil a week later, which I did and I absolutely love how it turned out! Ashley definitely knows what she is doing and I am so thankful to her! I 1000% recommend going to her if you want to do foils! I am so happy with how my hair turned out!

Sarah is the very best hairdresser I have EVER had!!!I have been going to hairdressers since I was 16 and I am now 75! I travel 45 minutes to have her do my hair. No one else compares! I truly love her and also respect her. Not only that, if she thinks something (color, cut, hairstyle) won’t work for you, she will make a suggestion but will not force you! Again, I love her!!!! Oh, by the way, I have been coming to Sarah for 6-7 years. She has a very infectious laugh and her personality suits her.She recommends the best products for my type of hair so it always looks healthy!I LOVE SARAH!!!

It is the week of NH opening up for Salons, and This salon did, while others played overly safe. I am grateful that this one did what they had to and served their customers. Thank you Sarah and others for being there. Good job, especially for a 1st timer to your location. Some people want to work, others want to hide and collect off the government. I may go out of my way to here for future needs.

Ive been on a color correction journey from (black) boxed hair dye, its a process but my hair is healthier than it has ever been! She is very knowledgeable and she listens to what you want. I had Nancy do my perm for my shoulder length hair and she did an outstanding job, extremely knowledgeable, she also has great advice for how to make your perm last a long time, would recommend her to all my friends.

These girls KNOW their stuff! I refuse to go to anyone else for my hair because of how detail-oriented and absolutely professional these stylists are. Brittany has been doing my hair for quite a while now and she has given my hair new life. She and the rest of the staff are the only people I trust with my hair now. I came to them with hair that had been incredibly poorly color matched each time I got a color retouch, and they were able to get all of the discolored banding out of my hair and get it over time to the EXACT color I’d always wanted. Each time I go for a retouch now, they have the specific formula notes for my exact dye job so that they always keep the color consistent. Definitely check them out! They’re fantastic!

I love coming here! Brittany is always my stylist but, I would go to any other stylist there. I trust them. My hair comes out great everytime! I feel amazing leaving there with my hair done and the best products for my hair type. I go every 2-3months to get my hair done. Truly did not enjoy my experience. One of the ladies were talking about their gender and gender beliefs, it made me very uncomfortable and you could see others in the salon were uncomfortable. The salon smelt like cigarettes. Overall just very bad vibes. The other women working there seemed very pleasant all the other times I have been in!!

This salon is truly a hidden gem! Wether I just get a trim or try something new like bayalage I always leave feeling like a million bucks! Brittany is a magician she always revives my hair after I do something like dye it myself! Sarah gave my daughter partial foils and she loved them so much! They take the time to show you how to use products. Also most of the time their products are on sale which is never the case in other salons.

We found it only one open cause Corona virius. She was fast an ok.

I walked in here for the first time a few days and ago and I didnt know what to expect because it was in Walmart. After talking to Alondra, my hair stylist, she knew how to cut my hair and she did it well! She gave wonderful recommendations on shampoo/conditioners and was very nice. Still Loving my haircut. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends!

Yesterday I went to smart style in Hudson for my first time, I had a better experience there then I have ever had at any salon. The entire crew was so kind and outgoing. I felt very comfortable the entire time, the crew actually made my appointment fun!Sarah highlited,cut,&styled my hair. I love where all my highlights are placed and I am in love with the colors. I have A LOT of hair and Sarah really did an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier! And I will certainly be back!

I wanted to get a hair cut and color for myself and my daughter a hair cut (last minute thing or else I would have scheduled at another salon) I was afraid it would be busy because the parking lot was jam packed. We walk in and the salon is dead. So first, I explain that I want a hair cut for my daughter and the lady prints out the slip and hands us off to another lady to have her hair cut. Okay, no big deal, I guess I can wait until after my daughters hair is cut is done and then I can let the lady know I would also like service. Im glad I didnt make my commitment yet as soon as she started working on my daughters hair. My daughters hair is long. I had just crimped it the day before and she was all sweaty. So in result, my daughters hair was puffy and thick throughout, which isnt how her hair normally sits. I asked the lady to wash her hair so it would be easier to cut. She said no its fine. Well guess what? Its not fine. I cannot stress enough, if you have someone who is doing nothing before I arrive and they cant take an extra 2 minutes to wash someones hair for a cut, they arent worth your time. Because even though /she thought/ she cut my daughters hair evenly, she did not. Once I got home and washed her hair and let it dry it was uneven. I would have gladly paid more if thats what it would have taken to make sure her hair was cut right the first time. Now I have scheduled my daughter for an appointment down the street at a different salon to have their mistake fixed. Its not even a complicated process, its just a hair cut. I would be terrified to have this salon work on my hair if they take shortcuts like this. Stylists should always listen to their client. Their clients know their hair the best. To clarify, yes, I have had my hair done here before over the years. However, service has increasingly become poorer with each visit. Which is why I mainly stopped coming here. Last time I had a cut and color and they missed a lot of my hair. I had to go and buy 2 boxes of hair dye to fix it after myself. And this was over a year ago. But yesterday was a whole new level of laziness thats costing me more money and time wasted. But at least today we can both get our hair done correctly.

Good experience. I saw a photo of haircut and she did pretty well. My stylist name was Sarah. She was good and quick too. This smartstyle salon is inside the Walmart hudson. Prices of all services are very low compare to other salons. Must go.

I went in to the salon, and was extremely hesitant to have anyone touch my hair (its been fried off, dyed black when I asked for brown etc at other salons).I spoke to the lady at the counter and still wasnt comfortable, but there was another woman working (Brittany) and she had overheard all the trauma I had with my hair. She was very caring and understanding and after speaking with her, I felt at ease. Very knowledgeable and personable, I agreed to let her do my hair. (My hair is a correction, not just a cut and color).I found a time and went in to have her work magic - it came out better than we anticipated although not perfect - but that was no fault of her or the salon - that was what she was working with.I will absolutely go back and let her work on my hair - the cost is unbeatable and the quality is top tier!
