The coupon that I got from the dealer implied that I would get a battery and installation for one price of $189.95. However, I was charged an extra $60 dollars for installation and was told it was fine print trick advertising. i would not have expected this from an old time dealership that I have done business with for years.

I can not tell you how much I appreciate the way that these guys talk to and treat customers. This on top of the great service and quick turn around time for my vehicles. My husband and I went in to purchase a vehicle last week and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. There was never any pressure from the salesman (Skip) or the Sales Manager (Paul). We got a vehicle at a great price and were given a fair amount for our trade. As a former dealership employee I will say that they are probably one of the most customer friendly dealerships around.

I was in the market for a new truck. I had narrowed my decision to the GMC brand. I felt as though there was more attention to detail and a general upscale feel throughout the vehicle. Little did I know, that these same qualities would also be found within the dealership selling the vehicle. I have leased and purchased many vehicles over the years and it is, to be gentle, a lackluster experience. At Tucks, it was just the opposite. Enough to warrant my time, to write this review. It was truly… a slime free, transparent, informative and comfortable purchase experience. Michael Russell in Sales and Paul Puccio in Finance were a pleasure to work with at every stage. I will certainly be back for my next vehicle and implore you to give them a shot.

I recently purchased a new 2019 GMC Acadia. This vehicle was a late delivery to the dealership from the factory. I did not have the time to talk to anyone at length about the discounted price but I did speak to Skip Heroux Sales Representative and asked him IF the discounted price was “real” or one of these gimmicks that you can only get the discount if you meet all types of conditions. He took one of his business cards and told me how the discount was calculated and said that If I wanted to buy the car that the beginning price would be the discounted price that he wrote on his business card. Several days later My wife and I had a formal appointment with Skip and he honored the discounted price that he had given to me several days earlier. There was NO fuzzy math, NO attempts to add dealer installed options, NO wear you down marathon, just plain honest talk. The whole deal was done in less than one hour.We were also pleased with both Skip and Paul Puccio in valuing our trade-in and the closing was just as smooth. There were NO attempts to add or sell “specific paint protection” or “etching”. The deal was just as we had agreed to.We also had the opportunity to meet Paul Cabral the Service Manager. We were extremely impressed with his commitment to excellent customer service and he personally made sure that our vehicle was in perfect condition

Good: timely replies to my call and messages, pleasant people to deal with, clean facility. Provided specific feedback on a failure of the driver assist system which I need to review with the extended warranty (I would think a dealer could help me in navigating the claim for me, but its on the car owner I guess).Not good: (1) Was told over the phone one type of tire (H rating I recall) but installed S rated tires. Nothing in writing. Im okay with the installed tires and price but should get the details on the exact tire clear up-front (2) asked for 45k service and instead got a list of specifics. I dont know the specifics, just GM recommends 45k service. In a follow-up, GM says brake fluid should be checked and as far as I know, this wasnt done. (3) at check-out, I asked to walk through the line items and in doing so, found was charged twice for alignment. Im okay with that as errors happen, however, taking the customer through the detailed list of services is something that has been initiated by the dealer in all the work Ive had done over 20+ years and here, I had to ask for it. If I didnt ask for a review, would have paid $100 extra. Again, errors happen but should always walk the customer through the detailed charges. (4) I spent $1,600 and at these levels in the past from dealers, would expect car would be vacuumed or even washed open pick-up. A small cost given the amount I spent and something extra to keep me coming back.

Was told my problem would be diagnosed for $118. After it took them two hours to still not find the issue, the dishonest service advisor said that was $118 per hour. When I asked why he didnt say it was per hour in the first place he said we usually find the problem within an hour. So they made me pay for two hours and I still have no answers. I asked for some follow up advice and the service manager replied to me once then stopped answering my questions.Great trucks, but they dont know how to fix them if you ask me.

Bought a GMC Sierra. Great experience. Relaxed environment. No hard sell. Professional. Respected my time. Got to the price without a lot of dancing around and I know it was a good price because I had shopped around. They didnt have the color I wanted so they went and found one from another dealer. Its a smaller dealership but I found that resulted in a higher level of attention throughout the entire process. Skip (sales) and Paul (manager) are good at what they do and were a pleasure to work with.

Checked oil level the following morning after first oil change under warranty on my 2016 Sierra. It was one quart low. Checked oil the following morning after second oil change under warranty, one quart low but at least this time they left a quart of oil for me in the secondary/auxiliary battery tray. I do my own oil changes now.Noticed paint bubbles on front edge of the aluminum hood. Corrosion within two years, eight months. I wanted a new hood from GM figuring there might have been an issue created at the factory with mine. GM said no as it would cost them more than having a local body shop repair existing hood. When I went to drop it off for the repair work, the loaner I was to get was one of the small GM SUV’s. I said I have a truck for a reason, it’s for work. Was told “well that is all we are offering you”, basically take it or leave it. Well, I had to leave it as, again, I need a truck. Will take up the corrosion issue at my new GM dealership.

What a frustrating situation, I drop my truck to fix a vac system issue. By the first time to approve the job the guy told me about $750. When I show up to pick up I was astonished with $1200 bill. That’s ok, I’m happy because the truck was fixed. No I’m not. Back 2 weeks after with the same kind problem and again, to be approved bu the call he said around $500, and guest what, another $1150 bill to fix the same kind problem with different parts because by the food time they said was able to find the real problem. Really disappointed. I have couple truck but I’ll will gonna find another place to fix them and bring that place to the court to have dome money back.

I had to replace 2 front marker light bulbs to pass the state inspection on Toyota Prius and was changed $47.20 for the labor. Considering that replacement itself took just a few minutes but added 15 extra minutes to my waiting time, probably to justify this price)) which should be any way in the range of $10 to $30 according to Google.

We have a Company truck that needed push plates for our plow. We were told Tucks Trucks was the place to go. So we called made an appointment to have the work done. We got a call that the truck was ready. We made the trip from Worcester and was handed the keys and was told the truck was in the back and ready to go. Well as we drove out we noticed the turning signal was not working and one of the fog lights were out. To me the truck was not ready to go. Who ever worked on the truck neglected to connect the turning signal lights and the fog light. We drove back to get this resolved. We were handed the keys again and was told you are good to go. Now the fog light was still out. We were told that it was not our problem. We didnt touch that light. Well everything worked when we brought it to Tucks Trucks. Im in business and when someone has a problem and has spent $2000 I would not make excuses I would fix the problem. In my view that small problem should have been taken care and not push aside. Our brand is important. Thanks for taking the time to listen to my observation.

I live in Sudbury, Ma. Nice to find a GMC dealer so close by. We bought a GMC Yukon XL from the dealership and they were great with everything. I bought my 2014 GMC Sierra @ Westboro GMC Buick in 2015 I told Paul Puccio I would come back and by my next truck from him. I went to what was Westboro GMC Buick but now is Mcgovern GMC Buick and Paul Puccio and others moved over to Tucks Trucks in Hudson Mass. So went to see Paul @ 11:30 in the afternoon and he treated me like a good friend and gave me a great deal on my new 2019 GMC SLT Sierra. Paul Is a good person and that is why my loyalty will stay with him. His staff is very helpful and respectful too. I believe it is because of the way Paul conducts business at the dealership. I told my father in- law James Genest about Paul and he went the next day and met with Paul and purchased a new 2018 GMC Sierra too. Tucks Trucks should be the industry standard to selling cars. I will have all my service done by Tucks trucks service.

Walked into Tucks to look at the 2018 Canyon. Worked with Skip Heroux. Took an SLT out for an extended test drive. Hour later placed my deposit. Went as a walk in late on a Saturday morning, hoping for an oil change. Mike made sure I got in, even though they had to get the oil for my diesel from the parts store. First trip days after i get my 15 duramax out of service, it breaks down on me with 33k miles. I had to pay a mechanic to fix the truck so i could be able to get home. These crooks charged me $400 to remove the check engine light from a 50 thousand dollar truck that was still under factory warranty. Like so many other durmax diesels air got in the fuel system, and the service attendant had the nerve too tell me it was bad diesel. Great salesman that makes it easy to buy, but horrible service department.

Truck breaks down the same week i brought it in for maintenance, gmc roadside assistance unable to help me had to pay for roadside mechanic, had to bring it in too remove the check engine light. charged me for labor when my truck was under factory warranty to remove the check engine light, and would not reimburse me for the roadside assistance either.( p.s $50 thousand truck with 30k miles brought in for service less then 1000 miles prior to breakdown)

Today I took my GMC Terrain here for a problem with my radio/Nav that Ive had for the past 4 months. I had taken the vehicle to the dealership where I purchased it in Westborough and they had the vehicle for 2 day and couldnt find a problem. Brought the vehicle to the crew at Tucks and 3 hours later.... problem found and solution provided. These guys are the real deal and I cant imagine taking my truck anywhere else for service! Nelson and Mike in service are very easy to talk to, listened to my complaints and requests and were eager to solve a problem that no one else could. The sales manager Paul was very friendly and excited to earn my business. No flashy showroom needed to provide great customer service!
