Granite Subaru does a great job and their valet service makes having your car repaired so much easier. The valet used mask and was very respectful. They didnt try to take advantage of me and let me know if something needed to be repaired or if it could wait.
I came in a few weeks ago for a simple tire light that came on. The service advisor that helped me was so friendly and patient with me. She kept me informed as to what was going to happen with my car when it was getting fixed. What amazed me the most was the cause of the problem was I had a small hole in my tire which they plugged. However, they didn’t even charge me for it. They insisted that at Hudson Subaru they treat there customers like family and had it covered. Overall, an excellent first time and I will definitely be coming back for more service.
Just moved to New Hampshire and needed an inspection and oil change for my 2019 Subaru I bought in New York. The team at Granite Subaru couldnt have been more helpful. Picked up the car and did a full inspection. Found a problem and fixed it under warranty very quickly. Delivered the car back my to my home. It was a great experience!!!

This was my first experience at Granite Subaru. The service was second to none. I had delayed getting service and my Outback was in need of some TLC. A gentleman came, gave me a loaner, and took my car. I received a phone call from the service manager asking what I thought the car needed. He set me up with a service advisor. She handled it all via text. There were no surprises. My car was ready the next day. I paid electronically, and a very polite young man brought my car back. Most importantly, my car feels better than when it was new! It was so easy and much better than the service from another Subaru dealership in Manchester. When Granite Subaru says they are a family dealership - they mean it. I’m now a customer for life!
I needed my first service for my Subaru! Very easy to book online and excited to see they offered pick up drop off for my location!They made it so simple! Arrived after I dropped my kid to daycare took the car, the person working on my car called me to review the service and anything I needed. Once complete called again, I easily paid via a text link. Once they were ready they confirmed that I was home to drop off and my car was back!This made my life so much easier with working from home and having to miss a huge chunk of the day!Thank you!!!

I wish that I found Granite Subaru sooner. So much better than the last Subaru dealership I was going to. From the valet to the actually understanding the services they where doing cause they break it down in an email that has pictures that explain everything. So much happier with the services here. Actually was blown away about the amazing service and experience.

Amazing customer service from start to finish! I bought my car at another dealer but, when I couldn’t reach them on the phone after multiple attempts, I found Granite Subaru. When I called, It was like night and day. First of all, they picked up right away! The reps on the phone were super personable, knowledgeable and helpful every time I called. People there are very nice. I understand that it was a day of transition to your new service department. Love the massage chairs and the iced coffee kegger. Wait was over an hour and a half. Let that go. Glitches and kinks need to get worked out. I understand. However, even Jiffy Lube vacuums out the car after an oil change.
I know you can’t make everyone happy, but I brought my car in for inspection and $800 later and my husband voicing his displeasure due to delay of notification of delay in service causing me to call out of work- I had a recall. I bring my car back and now both wipers are destroyed and the seal to my windshield on my 2017 Subaru is lifted where I can touch the inside of my car. Moving to North Carolina tomorrow, so unable to fix it. Thanks Subaru, for seemingly messing my car up intentionally.
Having previously bought a used car at this location with a positive experience, and actually wanting a Subaru this time around, I was delighted to return to the same friendly atmosphere I remembered.Parking is pretty tight because they are currently going through renovations, but Kai was fantastic and let me test drive a few different things so I was sure I was making the right choice. I took a couple days after my initial visit to consider other options, but ultimately had to accept that the Forester Sport was the one I really wanted. So when he called me to see where I was in the thought process, he was able to get me in the very vehicle in the color I wanted that afternoon.The financing paperwork went pretty quick, but Steve is friendly and patient. I never felt pressured at any time to drive something I wasnt interested in, which I cant say for other dealerships (Honda Im looking at you), and Kai stayed respectful of my budget, making sure that I had all the options and knew the cost difference of the features I wanted in my car.I would completely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. They even let my boyfriend bring our dog inside to hang out while we finalized the purchase. Everything about this place is great and you wont regret visiting, even if you dont end up buying something.
My wife and I purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from Granite Subaru in 2013. The Granite Subaru services department has been our primary service department from day one with great satisfaction. This Saturday 10/31, the car was in the shop and required some extra service in the way of a rear driver side wheel bearing. The car also received an oil change and tire rotation / balance. The car was received back from Granite Subaru Saturday 10/31 around 3pm. The car drove home fine, no issues taking back roads from Hudson NH to Derry. On Sunday, I decided to take the Subaru outback to Manchester to run some errands. Once on 93 north at exit 4 leaving Derry, the car accelerated fine but started to shake like a wheel was out of balance. Not sure what was happening, I pulled over to inspect the tires, looking for a flat tire or some other damage. Finding nothing, I proceed north again experiencing strong vibration in the back-rear wheels. Growing more concerned, I turned off exit 5 on 93 to head back to exit 4 to return home. Turning back onto 93 going south towards exit 4, the car again started to shake and, in my head, thinking a tire was out of balance continued towards exit 4. About 1 mile before exit 4 on 93 south, the rear drives side wheel / tire separated from the car jamming in the wheel well. As noted above, this is the same wheel Granit Subaru replaced the drivers side wheel bearings.While in the breakdown lane I proceeded to call Granite Subaru (after calling a tow truck) to advise them of my experience. The service manager called my cell for additional details on what had transpired and was apologetic. I was advised to have the Outback towed back to the Hudson dealership for inspection. Upon arrival back at Granite Subaru, the reception was almost like they were being put out by my visit (car on the back of a flatbed missing a tire). The sales manager could have cared less about the situation and advised me that he had no direction from the service manager to provide a service loaner car. I was also advised by a random sales associate that they had a Subaru Forster available, but it was out of window wash fluid and wasn’t an option (a little confusing?). The tow driver standing next to me was also dumbfounded and offered to transport me back to my home address.I just wanted to pass along my experience today at Granite Subaru in Hudson NH. I have attached photos of my Subaru Outback detailing the damage. The car was subsequently removed from Granite Subaru at 2:30pm today for repair at another local Subaru dealer. This situation today could have resulted in a serious crash and personal injury. I’m just happy this situation happened to me and not my family. Extremely disappointed in the response by Granite Subaru as we have been long time customers for many years.

The 4 stars do not reflect Jerry’s part in this. He was my salesperson and he was great, I highly recommend working with him if you go there to get your next Subaru. If this review was just of him, it would be 5 stars. He made me feel comfortable, not pressured, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We did end up having issues with the finance part, the sales manager was very helpful and was able to work with us to fix this within a couple days of noticing the issue. Then we had an issue with service needed on the vehicle, that was resolved but took 2 weeks. They did provide a loaner and full tank of gas, which I am very thankful for. Overall good experience so I will recommend them.
This was the most pleasant visit I ever made to the service department. The service advisor Tim received me promptly and invited me to the all new waiting area where I did my personal work comfortably. The service was completed in very good time. Tim explained to me clearly what was checked, found and done. When I got home, I realized I forgot my phone at the service desk!! I decided to call the phone from my house phone and Tim picked it immediately and very kindly offered to drop my phone to my house!! Thank you so much Tim for the outstanding job you do at Granite Subaru!!!

I have been taking my 2014 Crosstrek here for a couple of years now. I have always had a great experience with their car service as well as customer service. I feel they give recommendations for repair when they are actually needed and not just dig out things to replace/repair just to make money (I have had such experience at other authorized dealership).The customer service representatives are very friendly. The price is reasonable.My last visit, I got their interior detailing package. With the amount of pet hair in the car I was kind of skeptical but the car looks almost like new.I also like the new platform they have been using to let the customers review and authorize additional findinds/repairs while the car is in service.
I was able to get a same-day appointment for a routine service check on my vehicle, which was great.I was able to wait for the work to be completed in their nicely appointed and socially-distanced waiting area, which was very convenient. Also, the estimate of the time to do the work was spot-on accurate.The staff were friendly and attentive, even stopping by to update me on the progress while the car was being serviced. (Which I noticed that they did for other customers in the waiting area as well.)A very positive experience with the Service Department at Granite State Subaru!
Nice new place. I was able to use their wifi and get work done while waiting. It took a little longer than they predicted, but my first experience with the service at this dealership was very positive.

Danny Carlo is the best tech the Hudson location has. He doesn’t leave you waiting and is very honest with his work. He walks out personally to tell you what he has done with the car and why. I won’t see anyone else!

Just had my Forester’s shifter replaced at Granite Subaru. They installed the latest components, and because I had the extended warranty, only charged me the deductible of $100. Later that day I noticed that there were some small grease stains on the passenger side seat which had resulted from the installation, so I called them to ask how I could remove them. They immediately told me to come in and they would take care of them, which they did (left the seat spotless). They even threw in a free oil change for the next time I would require routine maintenance! How’s that for service!!

Amazing customer service! I usually never take my car to the dealership for service, I tend to stick to my well known local mechanic. I decided to give subaru a call to get a quote for the work I needed done since my mechanic was fully booked out. I figured the dealership would cost me an arm and a leg to do the same work but I was pleasantly surprised to find out there was virtually no difference in cost. On top of that, they came and picked up my car (I work from home) and dropped it back off to me free of charge. While they had my car they sent me detailed updates with pictures on my phone where I was able to accept or decline services that needed to be done. My service agent kept me conpletely up to date and was available for any questions I had. This was by far the easiest and most stress free trip to the shop I have ever experienced. I will absolutely be coming back here for all of my auto care needs. Great job guys, thank you!

My car was making a really loud sound, reminiscent of a jack hammer going through concrete. Turned out to be a loose heat shield. I called late in the day, about 4pm,and they worked with me to get my car in AND a loaner before they closed on that very same day! (I was afraid to drive the car, because we did not yet know it was just a heat shield). I received texts EVERY STEP of the way along with pictures asking me to approve work. My car had also needed a few other things that I had been putting off, but I felt totally at ease with all of the Service Teams suggestions.Everyone was so nice and THOROUGH explaining everything anytime I needed clarification. I feel the cost of the clutch was way over priced. I could have gotten a clutch with the same quality and same warranty for over half the cost. They refused to price match. The service was great. If they were willing to price match I would have given 4 or 5 stars.
The service writer provided exceptional service. My cars problem was quickly diagnosed and I was kept informed throughout the process.
My guy Brian was super kind, funny, and helpful. Loved the energy in this place. I even enjoyed meeting with the finance guy, Steve. Also there’s food and a nice seating area with coffee and more! Reliable place to get a nice car.
Valves are still noisy, if not worse. Oil filter wasn’t changed when they “changed the oil” which I marked the old filter before hand. They tried to format my dash camera sd card and then unplugged it. Tried to get me to believe I needed $4000 worth of extra work! Driver destroyed my clutch and messed with my radio. This place is a friggen nightmare. Steer clear at all costs. I will be filing something to get this resolved.

It was my first time going to this dealership so I was very lost when I walked in but was immediately greeted by one of the salesmen who lead me over to the service department. Jamie helped right away, she is so sweet and was excited to help me and gave me some recommendations on what my car needs. My car was in and out of service in an hour & the waiting area was amazing (snacks, soda, water, coffee, MASSAGE CHAIRS.) Ive owned Subarus for about 5 years now and Granite really just blew my expectations out of the water!
I was very happy with their service. They explained what they were doing and suggested other free inspections they could do. Jamie, the service writer was very pleasant and while waiting in their beautiful, modern and covid-compliant waiting room, sent a text which said I could call her any time during the service. I liked that. They even had an additional room with desks and partitions where I could make or take a personal call while waiting for my car. I had a coupon for my oil change which saved me $40! The service was done as expected. I will return to this place if needed for my car.

Went in to have an inspection, tire rotation and oil change. Ended up purchasing a new car. The only issue I had was that to pass inspection I should change the wiper blades. The state of New Hampshire says the wipers should be able to effectively clear rain, snow, sleet and other moisture. Before I can I had used the wipers to clean the windshield. No problem. It worked. If it worked the way the state specifies then why did I need new blades.

I had made an 11 oclock oil change.i work third shift so figured in out. I didnt leave there till 1 pm. It was made right by the oil change being no charge. Which I really appreciated.

Just purchased a 2018 Legacy through a different dealer. The car had a small problem but not bad enough to cancel the deal. Granite Subaru worked with the warranty company to fully fix the issue with no cost to me.This is my second Subaru, but will take it to Granite for all its service needs.

Granite Subaru is a great dealership. I have a 2014 Forester that is past its warrenty but I continue having my car serviced because of the customer service and knowledgeable techs. Recently I had repairs done and needed to speak to a manager. I met with Joe Briggs (Service Manager) who 1) listened attentively to my concerns 2) responded to each concern 3) worked with me toward resolution. I was both impressed and grateful that he worked hard to understand my complaint, that is a rare quality. I truly felt valued as a customer.
Chris Stubbs was my salesperson over at Granite Subaru and not only was he great with me he was also great with my family especially my mobility challenged mother. He didnt waste a whole lot of time trying to show me things I wasnt interested in, just listened, was very patient, and took me through the whole process with ease and I still had plenty of day time after! I came in ready to buy a new car a few days ago, and was exceptionally underwhelmed by their customer service. I specifically did not like the way I was spoken to by Brian.I left, and a couple days later I had an incredible experience with Belknap Subaru . The other dealership helped me get my dream car without giving me a hard time, and offered me more money for the trade in of my car. It couldn’t have been a more smooth pleasurable experience.

They also performed a free multipoint inspection which pointed out a couple issues I suspected were going on. Very reasonable pricing for dealership-level parts and labor, too. I come from massachusetts to go to granite, this dealer is much better than any in my area. this time though, i used their valet service and they drove a loaner to me! what?? that was great, i couldnt believe it. everything went seamlessly again as usual (easy texting with service folks, paying via online link). highly recommend, and even though i might pay more here and have to drive (well...now only if i want to!), it is totally worth it. go to granite!
This my first time using Granite Subaru to service my leased vehicle. I recently moved to Hudson and was thrilled to be able to make an appt on their website after hours, get valet service, and talk to a lovely and helpful woman named Jessica. A++ on the first try!!
I was a bit disappointed in my service appt. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation.... unfortunately it took close to two hours. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I noted everyone coming in AFTER me was leaving before me... hmmm... so I went to the service desk and was informed that my air filter needed changing and they were waiting for my approval... what?? No one ever approached me for this request... therefore the two hour wait. The ball was definitely missed on this one. Tim was very nice and apologetic so I my anger was defused somewhat. I guess the only solution is not to wait for your car for service, but instead drop off... less anger and frustration....

Was looking to trade in my 2017 Impreza for a newer model with more safety features after having my first child. They not only gave me what I was looking for for a trade in price (I didnt throw out the number, they gave me what KBB value trade-in stated my car was worth), and were incredibly responsive to emails and texts, after I was ghosted by another un-related Subaru dealership closer to home.I inquired about available vehicles and possibly trading in my 2017 Impreza and walked out the very next day with a brand new 2022 Impreza with the safety features I was looking for. While this dealership isnt as convenient to my home as another one, the customer service and responsiveness is what won me over!

The service department at Granite Subaru is great. They clearly explain everything before they perform the service and do a great job on your vehicle. I have been using them for 15+ years and would not take my car anywhere else. You know what the cost is going to be before they perform the service so there is no surprise when you go to pay. Awesome service department. The valet service is key. Completely smooth and easy. Come when they say they will and return the car with all instructions followed. Oil changes are less expensive here than a Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. They honor their coupons without question.They document the items they are supposed to but are not pushy about trying to up sell. Never feel like they are trying to scam me on anything.

I had an issue with my tire leaking air. They got me in within 15 minutes of my call and were very friendly.They plugged the tire and I was on my way. The new waiting room was clean and it had all the amenities.

I’ve been coming here since I got my first 2003 Subaru 5 years ago. Service team has always been so nice and accommodating granted I was spending thousands of dollars. But always had a loaner for me so I was never. Without & made it as seamless as possible. I had one bad experience little less than a year ago and swore I’d never go again. Well 4 months ago I bought a new Subaru Legacy and needed to get it in for an oil chance inspection all that good stuff. I told them about my last experience and that I didn’t want that one experience to ruin all the great rep-or I had with them. Well after them hearing that it was all hands on deck service manager came introduced himself to me and thanked me for another opportunity. And the other 2 gentlemen in service jay and I wish I remembered the other one name cuz he was so great. Gave me a loaner took my warranty information and got everything they could coved through them so not only a great experience but I paid for an after market warranty worrying I’d never get my money’s worth and not 4 months later it’s half paid for itself thanks to all these guys. So thank you all I’ll forget that bad experience because this one more than made up for it and for that I’m not only great full also happy that I can call Granite Subaru my go to shop. I’d recommend them to anyone just know what u need how much it should cost and if unsure always go with a second opinion. Never hurts. Thank you all. Jenna Uccello

I really like this dealership, they have always been very courteous and personable when visiting . Iv dealt with other dealerships, but this one has always been my favorite . Granite State Subaru has recently renovated its dealership and also added a lot more of a selection of different models . I waited in their new waiting /seating area during my last visit . The seating area was very clean and spacious . It has a TV and some vending machines, but also courtesy beverages . I had some of their Cold Brew and woah it’s wicked good !! This dealership gives me a welcoming, family, friendly vibe . I honestly can’t see myself going to any other Subaru dealership for any service or repair needs .
My sweet old 2014 Subaru Forster had been neglected by me. I was waiting to fix her while I decided if it was time to get another used vehicle. I decided to keep my old friend and get her fixed up. She needed A LOT of TLC. The folks at Granite gave her just that and beyond!!! ***Jennifer Bisson*** was the customer rep I communicated with during the two days that my car was being serviced AND PLEASE HAVE IT BEEN KNOWN: Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING!!! She answered all my questions, kindly stayed in touch and made the whole process very streamlined, simple and super friendly! I want to be sure she is publicly celebrated here for her extraordinary client care and for being such a good person! Thank you Jennifer!!!I also want to give HUGE THANKS to the technicians who made my old girl look and sound brand new! You are awesome miracle workers and provided me with so much peace of mind. Tomorrow, I am headed up to Maine for a week and it’s a 5 hour drive with tons of driving all around and to and from the national park I will be visiting. As always, the customer service experience at Granite was excellent. Between a quiet comfortable place to actually work while waiting for my car, the extended time the service tech was happy to discuss finer details of questions I had, and the friendly care that my service advisor provided, I continue to be very happy and impressed with Granite Subaru.

I am so glad I decided to bring my Subaru to Granite Subaru!! They were very pleasant, professional and had the vehicle done in less time then they said it would be done!! And they didnt even charge me for checking to make sure there was no mechanical damage from the accident I was in a week ago! I am a 1st time Subaru owner and knew it would be best to bring to dealership even if the cost was more but it wasnt.
