He repaired our riding mower, in a timely manner, and we purchased a reconditioned self-propelled mower from him. They both work great, for the last 2 years. Needed a power cord for an original Super Nintendo, that I had picked up at a garage sale several weeks ago. They had one! My grandson loved to play some of those old games!

This business is very good. Besides fixing a variety of lawnmowers, vacuums and trimmers, they sell the same items at good prices. Try it out.

Had my mower for a month just to reattach the carburetor. Hab my edger for 2 months just for a belt. Charged me $150 telling me it needed a new clutch etc. Never called me to ask if i even wanted to have that done. Terrible customer service. Will never ever do business here again. If you do good luck.

DO NOT MESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Do yourself a favor, go to the mower shop theyll save you alot of money, hastle, and time. These Clowns took 15 days, to fix a pole saw that is about 6ft in height & used to trim trees, or whenever youre 60ft up in a tree, for that branch that if not dropped right will cause damage. They said Yes it will b e ready sir on Thursday, the following day. I pick it up, magically its now $149°°+tax. THANKS (Absolute Technicians) for charging me what I could probably get a new one for. Theyre a ABSOLUTE JOKE..

Worse place ever. Took my lawn mower there to fix the self-propel and 2 weeks later it wasnt fixed. In addition to that the owner reported it now wouldnt start. It worked fine when I brought it In. Took my mower and left. At least there was no charge for babysitting my mower....lol

This is the worst place I have ever went too . This company has had my lawn mower than a month. I have been to the store several times trying to obtain a estimate when it will be done. Everyday I am told something different. It normally takes them 20 minutes just to find my paperwork to say it is not ready. I have been told several times that I will receive a call back and I have not. The owner told me he would personally call and that has not happened yet. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am so annoyed and angry at this company.

With so many shops going out of business in my area, I googled the nearest Small Engine business and found Absolute Small Engine. I told the owner I was looking for a snow blower and he mentioned that he had quite a few. He also mentioned that several of them were listed on Craigslist, but if I seen one that I liked, if it did not sale on the site, he would contact me with the opportunity to purchase it.Once I purchased the snow blower, we realized it was to big for my vehicle. The owner told me that he normally charged a delivery fee, but he would waive it. I thought that was very generous.Once the item was delivered, my husband started it up and tested it out. I would recommend this company to anyone. We need to start purchasing from our smaller businesses!

I was looking for a lawnmower shop to services my riding mower and I went online to find one. I had decided to take my mower across town but after asking my neighbor if he knew of a good mower shop he suggested absolute small engine. I told him that I had checked on absolute and got some negative reviews. He said that he had been dealing with Shelly for 30 years and has always been treated well. He has accumulated a great deal of customers over the time and at times I am sure he is overwhelmed with customers 6-8 deep in his shop. I took my mower to absolute and they found the oil leak picked up and delivered my mower and I have not had a problem since. I would highly recommend absolute small engine to any friend of mine

I took my rider there cause it smokes when it gets warm. I had replaced the plug and oil. I told them any repairs above$350 call me for approval. They said they call before any repairs. 2 weeks later I call and they said bill was$650 and they had pre approval for all repairs. They changed the oil and plug and it still smokes. If I dont pay, they sell my mower.

I will never take any thing to this place for repair again & I recommend no one else does either . They keep your stuff forever then when you do finally get it back its still not fixed. Worst small engine repair place in the history of small engine repair.

My lawnmower wouldnt start, so I took it to the closest lawn mower repair shop that I could find -- Absolute Small Engine Repair. I went in and was told it would be 6 to 7 business days. 7 Days Later I called to check in with them to see where theyre at with the repairs. At that time I was told that they were really behind and to please give them another 6 to 7 business days. Okay fine, I would give you some more time.Another week went by, called to check on the status of my lawn mower. On hold for 15 minutes, frustrated I hung up the phone and drove down there, to just pick my mower up and take it elsewhere. Couldnt find my paperwork, couldnt find my mower. Stood there for almost 20 minutes while they looked through their paperwork and the building for my mower. Finally Sandy ( I assume he is the owner ), said I have your paperwork right here I was just getting ready to have it started, I will have it for you tomorrow ( Wednesday ). Trying to be patient and calm I say ok.So I go in today (Friday), once again cant find my paperwork, cant find my mower. Getting very frustrated, while everyone in there thinks that they are the only ones that are important and the customers time is the least of their worries. I told him I wanted my mower, fixed or not, because I was leaving, miraculously the mower did show up. He was quick to point out the price of $89 and what he did that he did not charge me for. At this time the mower does run -- we will see what happens.The only reason I am giving this company two Stars when it should actually be negative Stars, there are two employees there that had smiles on and seemed to at least care about the service they offer -- the gentleman who checked the mower in and the gentleman who helped push the mower out of the store.Probably should have checked them out before I started this wonderful three-week adventure with them.To save you a lot of frustration, I would suggest looking elsewhere for your mower repair needs

Had a bad experience here. I wasnt aware I would be charged for a service. I brought this up with the manager, he threw a fit and told me he would waive the charge and to never come back. I would have given them more stars had they just shown some decency, even with the service shock. 2nd star is for the waived charge.

One star only because i could not give negitive 5 stars. Took my chain saw here for a ryobi warranty. A week later they called to ask me what was wrong with it (wouldent run low compression). 3 weeks later i call and they ask me if my saw is the poulan, and what was wrong with it? Said they would call me back. No call back. After multiple attempts, and again being asked is it the poulan? What was wrong with it?They said it was amost done, a week later what saw was it? What was wrong with it? Oh we had the wrong part (later found out through ryobi they never ordered the part) more weeks of calling what was it? What was wrong with it? We will call you back (with no call backs) Had to get ryobi involved. After 4, count em 4 months i got my saw back, shockingly working.I would not let these guys change my bath water, let alone oil, or parts in something more complex than a yoyo. And the yoyo may be iffy.Do your self a favor, and go some where else if you can help it. Dont just take my word for it, read these other reviews.

I have never had anything repaired here but have bought parts from them. They have a better parts stock than many places.Everyone who complained about time will soon learn that from March to Sept the wait time at most all shops runs from 3-4 weeks to 4-6 weeks.People think this is ridiculous but there are not nearly enough shops for the number of mowers broken.People are spoiled by car repair shops that can do 1200 of work same or next day.Lawn equipment repair murray doesnt work that way 90+ %of the time.Just the way it is.Borrow a mower. Rent one, buy a new or used one but its not going to change.

Absolute joke, kept my product for almost 3 months, they made it 10 times worse. Now of to another repair shop. Horrible customer service, and you will have to call to see when item is ready for pick up. Dont waste your time.

Is there a way to give ZERO stars? They have had my Ryobi weedeater for over 3 months and I keep getting the runaround as to when it will be repaired. Ryobi authorized the repairs but this place could care less about customers. They told me 3 different times it was repaired and when I made the 30 mile trip in to pick it up, I found it was not repaired. Once it was actually handed to me missing the electric motor... This place should have their licence revoked, it really is that bad.

We took our lawnmower there for repair the 1st of May... no call to us after 8 days, we called them. The man that we talked to even hung up on us..We only have negative remarks for the business. Do not take anything there for repair. They were very rude, lied that they worked on it and said that there were problems that werent true.
