I had a wonderful experience with Cara and RoyAnn at the Huber Heights location. As a person who is not always computer-literate I had questions when applying for my loan. I called and Cara took her time when walking me through the application process over the phone. She and RoyAnn were both very pleasant in person and I always receive a warm welcome when I come in to handle my transactions. Cara is the one that helped me get a great loan with great rates and payments. She was so friendly always smiling and very professional explained everything so I knew what was happening every step of the process. If I ever need a loan again Ill definitely go back to advance america and if cara is available back to her too.

Thank God for Ken and Cara at this location. They were outstanding and unbelievably helpful and have allowed me a lot of relief as provided through the loan I was able to obtain at a great rate. I have a situation where I needed an emergency allotment and I got it within 30 minutes of being there. I was so stunned that Ken said I was his very first loan. It turns out he has been there for a few weeks in training and I am his first client. It was hard to believe because you would think he has been doing this for years he was completely thorough and knowledgeable. Both of them were an absolute joy to conduct the transaction. If you find yourself in a situation like I am in this morning please consider going to see them ask for them and trust me when I tell you the process is unbelievably easy. The only complication was when they entered my email address. My email is 7,000 letters! LOL

The staff at that time was incredible and the store manager (Karen) was accommodating allowing me to come in on Saturday morning because of scheduling and transportation.
