Rude dispatch. The loading took way too long and when i called the dispatch if its ready or not, they got angry and told me we ll call u when its ready and hung up

5 hrs late on pick up, must spend 10 hr break there. Wont allow you to use restroom.

Just like so many other Fed Ex facilities across the country. This facility is very easy to get to and very easy to navigate once you get in. We did a drop and hook. We arrived about an hour early and the load was ready to go. They have restroom facilities and they didnt chase us off when we finished up our 30 minute break. Will definitely be back!!!

My company is a contractor for FedEx, and we haul transfer loads for FedEx terminals all over the country, and it has been a great experience, all except for dealing with the terminal in Huber Heights, OHIO. This terminal is very poorly managed, and is the reason why I dont recommend FedEx to anyone who wants freight delivery.

I dont know how these folks keep things straight. Their hub is damn near its own town and there are constantly forklifts going everywhere.

NO professionalism at all on they’re service, I suppose to receive my shipment Friday I called Friday they don’t have driver to delivery my shipment, today Monday & calling for my same shipment not they telling me not today but they trying to figure out when they can deliver,”.I don’t understand so call management what kind of management is this .

Called to find out if I could load early my pickup time was 4 am the guy ran my load number told me I load at 8am I told him the broker told me 4am he said well its 8am so I show up at 8am just to find out I was supposed to check in at 4am
