Recently made several purchases at this store and I will continue to shop there. Sue was amazing. She was patient and helpful without being pushy. After my first visit, she always welcomed me back like family and showed genuine care and concern.

Not great customer service at all. Actually no service. My friends and I walked in so I could look at rings, the sales women wouldnt even talk to us when we walked in, instead just gave as a dirty look that basically informed us we were unwelcome. There was no one else she could help, but us and she chose not to even acknowledge us. Then a couple walks in and immediately she greets them with a smile and starts helping them. My friends and I felt very unwelcome there. I am almost 25 and all I wanted to do was look at rings to give my boyfriend an idea of what I like since he asked me to. Now I will go somewhere else that is willing to help me figure out what I like. Thanks for no help at all, Zales Outlet in Howell, MI! Dont worry, I wont be back and Ive already informed my boyfriend of this encounter and he and I both agree that he will NOT be buying my engagement ring at Zales.

A lady walked in before me there were two employees they were working on customers after 15 minutes someone else had walked in when the one employee was done working on his customer he went to the lady that had just walked in the store like we werent even there. Lost my business.

Our local store closed. Stopped in for rings to be inspected. Disorganized all of our paperwork. Told us one piece was a blemished, had another jeweler look at it and it was cracked all the way through the stone. Had insurance, not fixed. Another piece was supposed to be replaced (paid for the insurance), they had it for more than two months then told us we had to go to a different store. Very unhappy!

I bought a ring on the 13th the previous month the 5th of the following month three days prior to its finish date. I get a call a $120 to put a hold sizing bar in it. Its stealing silver all they have is a gold bar. $120 is $50 more then what I paid for the ring. Horrible service.
