Its not very often nowadays to find people with the professionalism and heart like I experienced today dealing with Sarah Sanford at the Jackson Hewitt in Walmart in Howell MI. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Not only did she get me back a lot more than expected but was one of the nicest people Ive dealt with in a long time. Very professional and very friendly. She truly cared about the customer and thats hard to find nowadays. Thanks again Jim
