Priority 1 was wonderful from the moment I reached out to them. To begin with, Tina is amazing and on top of everything! All of my communications with her left me smiling and I was beyond confident in having them as a vendor for our wedding. On the day of setup, Harrison arrived with the guys and informed us of everything that they would be doing. He made sure we liked it all as they were setting up, and his professionalism was truly impressive. Everyone was very impressed with his attitude, and the work ethic of the whole team. We will be using them for all of our future rentals, and will highly recommend them to everyone. We had a few rental companies for our wedding and Priority 1 was by far our favorite!! Thank you guys for making this part of our wedding so stress free, you all are truly amazing 👏 (we rented, tents, tables & chairs)

Nothing but good things to say about Priority 1. We have used them two years in a row for our daughters birthday parties. They show up on time in the morning and in the evening to set up and break down the bounce house and keep everything clean. The second year they showed up they remembered they were here last year - love it! The amount of joy that you see come from the kids when using the bounce house is priceless (well... maybe about $200), but its so worth it to get it from Priority 1!

Priority 1 made it super easy for me to search their page to decide on what was the best size and quantity for my gathering. I thought pricing was good. I needed help with ordering linen and Tina was super helpful and provided everything I was looking for.The guys showed up earlier then was excepted but text me to make sure I would be there and if it was okay to come. Very accommodating in setting the tent where I wanted it. All three guys were polite, helpful and quick. Everything was clean and in decent shape. This was the second time I used Priority 1 and would not use any other company but them. I’ve recommended them to family and friends for their party needs.

So glad we went with Priority 1 for our daughters bounce house last weekend! I would highly recommend them as they made the process extremely easy! 1 phone call and a couple confirmation texts and our party was a huge success- arrived on time, courteous set up and had clean bounce house. Love it! Can’t wait to rent one again.

I hired Priority one Party Rental to provide a tent, tables, chairs and linens for a baby shower this past weekend. They did a wonderful job in communicating with me on placement of the tent and they were there on time. The employees are very kind, professional and very helpful. I am so glad that I hired this company and will do it again in the future.

Priority one has been a complete pleasure to work with I will be recommending them to everyone. I have rented from them 2x this summer, once the Caribbean water slide for my sons birthday and again for our wedding set up. I could not be more happier with the turn out both times, Tina was absolutely amazing and made everything so easy to book and not to mention she was the sweetest. The set up crew is super nice and respectable, they were constantly making sure I was happy with the set up. I only wish the set up crew let me know when they leaving so I could tip them for their great hard work but I’m sure we will use them again so I will make it up to them next time. We had a great experience with Priority 1 Party rentals! We had to reschedule our party due to an illness. They were understanding and flexible at no extra charge. The setup was quick, the Emerald Rush Water Slide was clean, and the take down was quick. The slide was used for a 10 year old boy’s birthday party. It was a big hit! We really appreciated doing business with them.

Priority one is the absolute best place you can use for tent and table rentals. They did our wedding this past weekend and the service was incredible. The setup crew was extremely friendly, was patient when finalizing tent locations, and got the job done quickly. Tina was especially great to work with, from quoting through delivery. The day of our wedding we had unexpected high winds. Our table cloths and centerpieces were blowing off the tables. Hours before the ceremony started I texted Tina asking if we could possibly get side walls for the tents. Even on a Saturday, she had a crew at our venue within 45 minutes, they absolutely saved the day. I can’t recommend priority one enough. Besides service, the tents were great, tables solid, and table cloths clean.

We had a great experience with Priority One. Tables and chairs were delivered exactly as promised. The cotton candy machine was very clean and included a detailed set of instructions. Everything was picked up when they said it would be. The men who delivered and picked up were very respectful and professional. Customer service has been very helpful and responsive. We rented the awesome water slide and it was incredibly fun! From start to finish they were an amazing company to deal with. They were there when they said they would be and even tried to help me out with a scheduling conflict, that was resolved. I didn’t realize that they give a veterans discount though and myself and my husband are both veterans. Probably something they should let you know. :)

We rented two large bounce houses for childrens event at our church. We had a fantastic experience with the company. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The two young men that setup the bounce houses were timely, extremely polite and helpful. The bounce houses were clean and in great shape. I would highly recommend this company!

We had a fantastic experience renting an inflatable from Priority One! The process went exactly as they said it would. Set up and tear down were quick and efficient, and we had the inflatable for over 10 hours the day that we rented it. They were very quick to respond when we had questions and were flexible when we needed to change our date due to weather. We highly recommend Priority One!

We had used Priority 1 for our wedding and loved the service they provided. The closer it got to the big day, we were constantly sending emails back-and-forth to update the number of chairs and tables we will need. I think we changed our order six times and every time we got a positive response! The delivery guys carried everything in, and we didn’t even have to be there for pick up, everything was taken care of for us.

Came to check out site prior to party to verify location of tent at my request. Super friendly, accommodating and polite. Came early to set up tent which was helpful and tent was beautiful. From beginning to end an overall A+ experience and will definitely use them again.

This place is a joke! Rented tables and chairs earlier in the month for a graduation party, instead of calling to say they had overbooked them, they sent an email, which we did not see until today. Here we are 2-3 days before the event is to take place, (waiting on the phone call they said we would receive 2-3 days prior) and we discover they had canceled the event. Now we are 2 days away and now we have no idea what to do. I wouldn’t rent from these people if I were you. Terrible customer service and even worse professionalism.

We opted for a package with bounce house and from start to finish, the experience was great.Very professional office staff and prompt communication which is major. Priority 1 Party Rental is an amazing company. I used their tent package service (tent with table/chairs) for my outdoor baby shower. Right from the start when I first inquired, Tina was AMAZING. She was so kind and so willing to help. I also spoke with Harrison and he is the one who placed my order. A few days before the event, Harrison and Tucker came to set up. They were SO professional, friendly, and efficient. They were so great about asking questions and accommodating where I wanted the tent placed and tables/chairs set up. The day of the event, we were having a wind issue and I called Tina 2 hours before the party asking if there was any way I could get tent side walls. I was in a panic and she was calm, understanding and so accommodating. Within 20 minutes, Harrison and Tucker were at my house setting up the side walls. This truly saved my shower. They really do not know how amazing they were and really calmed me down. I would recommend them to anyone I come across and I would 10000% use them in the future. PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY EVENT RENTALS; you will NOT be disappointed!!!

If you are looking to rent any type of party supplies, Priority One is the way to go! My family rented tables, chairs and tents from them for my graduation party a few summers ago and their quality of rental equipment was all in exceptionally great condition! Nothing had holes, everything was clean and there were very minimal signs of wear. I can also speak very highly of the new management as they are polite, knowledgeable, prompt and sufficient in every job that they do. I would highly recommend Priority One for your party needs!

Equipment was clean and in good shape. And the prices were competitive and reasonable. I would recommend Priority 1 without reservation. We love Priority 1!!Their inflatable bounce houses and water slide are by far the cleanest Ive ever seen. Their prices are reasonable (especially the packages) and the crews that have set up and picked up have always been super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Booked tables and chairs for a wedding this weekend, months ago, and Amber double booked them and called me to tell me that she needed to pick them up Saturday morning, the day of the wedding. When I told her our contract stated a Sunday pick up and that was not going to work, she pretty much told me to F off and cancelled my contract the week of my wedding. Would appear by the other review not the first time this has happened today.

I was hesitant based on some of the reviews, but my experience went smoothly. Tent and table delivery was scheduled earlier in the week and showed up on time. Everything went as you would hope. Great experience.

****Edited to reflect new review from 1 star to 4***After a discussion with Tony, our PTO decided to give priority1 Party Rental a redeeming chance to right what previously happened in December. Communication was clear and frequent from time of booking and the event. Bounce houses were delivered setup and pickup on time as promised. A new relationship was established with this company and we plan to continue working with them going forward hoping to regain the 5 star review we once had with them!!Old Review-Our PTO booked 2 bounce houses for a yearly event. Priority 1 reached out to us saying it was time to rent cause we have used them for many events. The winter carnival brings about 275-300 children to the school for a fun event and one of the main attractions was bounce houses. I never heard from them days before but did receive an email stating we were all set for our event. It got to be about 35 mins prior to our event and and since no one one has shown i called with no answer. I then called multiple times throughout the evening. Giving priority 1 the benefit of our prior working relationship. I thought maybe something big happened, so i called the next day. No answer and no call back. I called the next day, no answer and no call back, sunday i didnt bother and again i just called with no answer. We will no longer be using priority 1 rental and i dont recommend anyone else using either
