Manager and staff are rude and harass you constantly. Extremely unprofessional will never do business with them again

Called to ask If I could make a weekly payment instead of a bi-weekly payment on my spouses account because low on money, clerk who answered the phone was a total jerk and said he had to talk to my spouse, I told him my spouse was at work and wouldnt be able to call until after they were closed. The guy was a total a-hole

Very friendly and helpful to get my bed but i paid extra and signed a contract thatll theyll cover rent for up to 3 months if i become unemployed but when i became unemployed they wont cover it

Store is ok, people are ok. Youll pay way to much if you dont pay off before the short time they offer as cash price. But they will take care of you if something needs fixing.

We have dealt with this store a lot in the past couple of days, I have not one bad thing to say about them. Every single person I talked to knew what they were saying and if they didnt know they always made sure I had the answer before I got off the phone. I am thankful for them for getting us we have wanted, a lot of places wouldnt have gone above and beyond to help out like they did. Thanks again guys so much! we love everything that you have helped us out with.

I have puchased a washer and dryer and a air conditioner from this store service was ok items were paid in full now I have a fireplace that is 3 payments from being paid my daughter passed away and I was late on last payment and 1 week late on this one Michael was very rude to me said Im late coming to get it I explained situation he said does not matter I should of called the last thing on my mind at this time was to call rent a center it disgusts me that he would tell and argue with me at a very difficult time like this I will not ever purchase another thing from the Howell store as long as Michael works there
