I booked a first flight for my wife. The people here were extremely nice and informative. Our instructor was extremely good and professional, even for his young age. I was worried my wife wouldnt get a lot of flying time, but she pretty much flew the whole time other than takeoff and landing. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone!

This is an AMAZING flight school! Matt (Crosswinds owner) always manages to find the best instructors and school staff, and puts them and their students into reliable, well-maintained training aircraft. I have flown with two other flight schools in the area, and Crosswinds is light years ahead of these schools. He also has Crosswinds operating on a rock-solid business plan, which leads me to believe that Crosswinds will be around for a long time to come. I have flown with several different instructors there and at Pontiac, and each one was committed to safe flying. I also took an IFR ground school @ Howell, and every class was like a pilots clinic: the instructor knew IFR flying very well, and taught it most thoroughly. Crosswinds is truly the place where your dreams can take to the air!
